primecoin seems like its still the only coin able to be mined with a CPU, and its HARD with that 10 diff right now.... I thought protoshares was also CPU only, until I saw this thread, googled and found this .http://satoshibox.com/52ca1b9c4c347b703d0041a8.. looks like the rich get richer.
Oh well. I guess theres a reason CPU mining isnt that popular... its easier just to use graphics cards. lets see if any of these gen 2 coins come out with cpu only functions.

p.s. OFFERINGS are still at a diff you can solo mine, or pool mine to get alot, and we are working on getting it on more then one exchange now.

Any advice as to which coin can still be mined at a good rate?
now that you have all these opinions, tell me which is the best! 
I have decided to leave them all as I will only mine crytpo at launch and stop when they saturate the market. I will not use cloud as it is a waste of time for me

All cpu coin as XPM, QRK, SRC and other you can dig them with a GPU.
Even MMC creators said MemoryCoin 2.0 would be resistant to GPU, but now it has a GPU miner and the difficulty jump to the sky.

Primecoin and Datacoin cannot be mined with GPU. It is impossible right now gpu mining for them to be more efficient than CPU

All I see is a miner to download... I want to set it up on a cloud. Is that possible? I see no real pool
Quarkcoin is good. I used to mine Primecoin. But Quarkcoin seems to be leading the way.

I like Frozen and while it isn't on an exchange yet coinedup was asking for some to test with.
