Unfortunately the poker game at Betcoin is limited to be played with the social balance only (PBR and Gold), so it can be something complicated for those who are new to betcoin and its internal token.
Currently there is not much choice for poker players to play poker with cryptocurrencies since not many crypto casino provide pvp poker.
There was a hint that Stake is going to add poker, but I think its been few months without any update for the plan.

I have a review on Betcoin but this is the part talking about banned locations. You can play everywhere except Curacao. If you play at another country listed, they may just return your money but most of the time you can play anywhere.
With Betcoin, if you are in Curacao don't play with them. If you are anywhere else using a VPN you aren't going to lose any of your money for playing from a banned country.
