As everyone stated, Binance is your best bet when it comes to IEO. The profit is pretty good for almost all IEO there, and it is also the most popular among community.
I would consider Bittrex, Okex, Huobi and especially Binance. Perhaps Binance has got a good customer service to launch the IEO and will be the best successful option.
Who does not know the Binance exchange, it's a very good one now and many people use this world from all over the country. Patiently waiting for that to happen quickly.

If the project is not very popular, then you need to conduct IEO on exchanges with a good reputation ( Binance, BitMax, Cucoin) this will greatly increase the chances to raise the hard cap.
it will be a big support from the exchange community. but to list IEO in large exchanges such as binance is not easy, especially for projects that you say are lacking in promotion.Binance is the best place to do an IEO but any top exchange in the market that does IEO in their platform is ok, I'm sure they have stringent criteria for projects to hold IEO many small exchanges are doing it now like IDAX and Bitforex so expect many more to follow.
Binance has proven to be the market leader in IEO and fundraising for crypto currency. Most IEOs are very profitable and since Binance has the largest volume with over 1billion dollars worth of bitcoin recently, most projects want to list on their exchange. Not sure any other exchange is close to them
No doubt it's Binance. Only Binance's power can make IEO's token fly high after listing and Binance won't let any IEO tokens dump to tarnish its fame. You can also take a look at Okex or Huobi's IEOs.
My vote is also on Binance if you want to make your site popular for investors and considered legit go for the big one which is Binance, it's hard to get there, because of their very strict screening, you've just posted that you already made an ICO, since there are now funds use this to get listed on Binance, it's worth it.

I've tried almost all exchanges for IEO, but binance is out of the competency, binance allows you to earn money and you won't lose it anyway. That's why my choice is Binance only!

There is no doubt that Binance will be the first exchange that comes to mind. But if you are aware that Binance is picky about it, trying the top 10 will add value to your project. But the more you develop your project, the more beneficial it will be for the future.
Honestly not to deceive ourselves I believe it's Binance. Since binance is the largest exchange now, their IEO should be the best. And i got an info that their launchpad as been booked up for a year now. Projects are really applying to host an IEO on this great exchange, but only few as succeeded.
The best exchange for IEO is still binance among other few ones like bitforex ,bitfinex ,idax,okex ,binance still remains the top one on my list and I don't think that will change anytime soon .
Maybe Binance but other big exchanges like coibene are good too now many exchanges don't even care about project's value but just want money so even binance will make ieo just for money as we saw today old ieo information was copy pasted.

Everyone shares the same names but no one talks about the potential of the new IEO platforms. It becomes a reality after successfully applying the business crypto plans. The negative fee for exhcange tokens will boost the token sales and exchange reputation.

I believe that for such things it is best to choose more famous exchanges that enjoy authority. One of these exchanges is the Binance. I think you should consider it as an option.
To be frank, Binance is the best when it comes having a successful IEO, as all other IEOs did well on its launchpad owing to its large user base and mode of conducting IEOs.

In my opinion, in this question there cannot be other answer, for me it is BInance. It has no worthy competitors. All projects on this the exchanges made huge profit for all participants of their IEO. All my friends want to participate in IEO on this exchange because I know that they will receive excellent gain.
