I partecipated in Neo ICO and it was my best ROI. Now I hope It will be Red Pulse (rpx), the first ICO on NEO blockchain!
MONACO. Monaco is the best ICO to me because it increases significantly over the last 2 week and everything seems extremely awesome to me. And the project is legit. The team has just updated the new software on android phone. Right now, they are developing the card which allows customers to use cryptocurrency in credit card. This is totally cool
I sat some of the 10-11x gains from 0x. Wish I managed to also get in on the 2nd day but I did not.

monaco but need a time to hold it because after listed on market the price decrease 70% , and then get pumped 5 times from ICO price.
better you buy after listed coin in market and buy cheap from bounty hunter

Populous is one of best ICO where I got 23x in less than a month after buying from ICO. The team was offering this token at 0.0011 ETH and I also 50% of my amount which I purchase from this phase. I can say this is really quick return from any ICO.
Same for me, Populous bring me good returns (20x in a month). If I didn’t remember wrongly, it was the only ICO launching at the same time bringing such good returns. Lucky we bought in the pre-ico phase as I remembered that Populous was sold out in pre-sales and didn't launch the ICO.
