Even if seller does not release BTC, you just have to click the dispute button and then notify the LB support team that you have made payment and seller is not releasing BTC. They will check and if you have really made payment to right account mentioned by buyer they will release the BTC.

i am don(ripper's big daddy).i clean scammers.

in india there are many exchange service.but normally people are using localbitcoin. but there are 1% chance of scam because of if seller don't release btc.so its better to buy on indian exchange like zebpay,coinsecure,BTCXIndia

I think you can find a great exchange site to buy.. go to cheapest bitcoin just join in any exchange site or any trading site that the rate is low so that you can buy more bitcoins for a better price..

i suppose local bitcoin is the best way to buy or sell bitcoin because it exactly gives what we need we get our coins from our own locallity and hence the cerculation of money flows in a cycle

I personally know some traders from North India. But i'm not sure about their state. Our whats app group having some traders ( Accepts BTC <-> Paytm, Mobikwik, Bank Deposite, etc.,).

And also you can find some of your local traders from "Mycelium" mobile app.

I am not from Mumbai so I can't suggest anyone to you but there is a whatsapp group of bitcoin users where you can meet many buyers and sellers.You may find someone from Mumbai there
