to be honest , buying bitcoins aint my type of thing.
if at all i would buy bitcoins , it would be from a reliable source. like i would have said my friend or relative to give me some bitcoins and then i would have paid him the money.
i prefer earning bitcoins and then use it to earn more bitcoins and the process goes on.
once i earn enough i convert it into indian currency and spend it on myself.

Credit/debit card fraud is the problem, bitcoin is the solution. You're asking us to regress in technological advancement. Perhaps you'd like us to start a campfire by rubbing sticks together, when there's a perfectly functional butane lighter in our backpack?

You can use your card with PayPal at websites like Virwox but I'd contact their website first to verify if it's okay.

Prepaid debit cards can't be taken on Circle, they have something that blocks prepaid cards.
Coinbase only takes credit cards.
There are a few merchants on localbitcions.com that takes prepaid cards in exchange for bit coins. Yet they do charge a premium for that service.

The only method I know of is VirWox.
It is quite expensive but it is a safe and popular service.

Verification at localbitcoins was fast and simple and once you have verified your name it is super quick and convenient, you will probably pay a little more to buy from there but i have never had a problem in well over a year and once you become trusted to someone the price is close to the exchange price.

If you don't want to go through verification with Circle, then go to a bank and get a cash advance on your Prepaid Debit card. Take the cash and buy BTC from someone on LBC for cash deposit at a bank.
Banks don't charge fees for cash advances on debit card. You don't even need a bank account at that specific bank.

I guess that Gyft (to buy Gift cards) do allow using those payment methods . not sure tho never used them .
For buying Bitcoin , you can check LocalBitcoins otherwise Virwox (fees may kill you tho).
