For a 100% crypto related news, events and crypto currencies price update i would suggest news.bitcoin because this site are proven reliable and their news are all limited only to Crypto related concern. https://news.bitcoin.com/

I think there are a number of websites that can provide information about what is coming up in cryptocurrency, for example a coindar website that has information about what will happen in cryptocurrency and its date so that this can benefit traders who can take advantage of such conditions to make a profit.

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃
This is somehow good for readings too coinmarketcap.com/events/ though it is limited. There are more websites that updates more and give news like cointelegraph as well many news that are related in crypto. But for more effective discussion Bitcointalk is surely updated as we can dicussed, inform and ask many possibilities that are happening in different areas of crypto..

So basically on a weekly or monthly basis i like to check for any upcoming events coming in the near future that could impact the price and/or volatility of the crypto markets. Do you have any suggestions for which sites to use? Something that makes it quick to see important events. I don't want to see Reddit AMA announcements of the coin ranked #1020 on coinmarketcap, if you know what i mean.

Need list of important events for BTC, ETH, TRX, any global conferences, NYAG tether dispute dates, Libra related things(zuckerberg testifying for example), bakkt,... and things like that ... Something filtered, excluding all the trash coins and what not. Have any suggestions?

The best place to track crypto-related events is not just one website, but multiple websites. If you want to stay updated and trade successfully you will have to put in the effort to really dig into the details of whats happening in the crypto world.

To start, I'd suggest looking into CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk, TradingView, and the different subreddits for crypto /r/Bitcoin, r/Crypto, etc..

There are so many sites that usually updates its viewers of days today running so cryptocurrency, but some are just faster in updating its viewers than the others and I think that the most popular one that I really know is coin telegraph, this has been a trusted news sites that I have used in a very long time, and I think that they provide the largest day to day news that you can find in the market.

There is this other one that is called crypto panic that is just reigning now, although I didn’t get to know about it until like some few weeks back, but I have seen how people has been talking of it too which is the reason why I had to go take a creep at It initially also and I found that they also have very comprehensive news on cryptocurrency before.

maybe cointelegraph, coinnews,ccn.com , zerogedge.com and many others.if we want quickly get lastest newz from market maybe following any account tha rellated with cryptocurrency news could help.having twitter account could help us, cryptocurrency news actively discuss there.
There are many ways of keeping track of events related to crypto market and the websites you enlisted are the famous ones. Majority of the crypto aspirers and holders are visitors of these sites. I personally like cointelegarph just because of its interface. I can easily find out what I want because the options are clearly mention, you don’t have to scroll whole website.

coindar.org and coinmarketcal.com are the two to use these days. There was a really good one that was around a few years ago, but it's dead. Either way, between just these two, you should be able to keep up with everything going on. I used to follow them religiously whenever I would use my old Antminer S3 to mine brand new coins. It was about the only way to make any money from the thing.

OP, you can't possibly get all the important events in the crypto sphere on a single site but for upcoming events related to cryptocurrency coindar.org and coinmarketcal.com have the necessary features but for the issue related to crypto news and blockchain event (summit)update I like news.bitcoin.com

Apart from the above suggested things, you can use crypto calendar from coinmarketcap website which will let you know about the upcoming crypto events which also have moderate impact on the prices before and after that events.

Definitely check cryptopanic.com , they do not have the best of the UX and they look like a screen you would see on a hacker movie or something but in the end they are giving out ALL the information and news you could ever require. They are an aggregator of news so they are not a news website, they are combination of all big news websites plus they also give out tweets of famous crypto people.

I know this is not a "heads up" type of website that shows all the new things they will happen but they are basically a news website where if you follow everything everyday then you will know everything that is both going on right now and will happen in the future as well. Opinion pieces are useless of course because its bitcoin and everyone has an opinion but the rest are really good.

you can also use this site: https://tothemoon.live however you should always do supplementary research eg if you see a good event on this site then start searching other sources to know the real impact the news will have

You can try to subscribe on newsletter of coindesk and cointelegraph if you want to get crypto news regularly from them directly to your mailbox.

News of these two sites that you mentioned does not have regular information about all altcoins

I'm not sure for global conference, it probably is cointelegraph as they are a big media coverage for blockchain space. I would suggest you to find a local media or website related to crypto that giving information about crypto events in local area, it would be better start for you to find the information about global events, later.

Try cointelegraph bro. Past comments have already said it and Im gonna reinforce it. It's quite a good site about crypto related news and current prices of altcoins and BTC. You can also check up CryptoCrunchApp FB page if you want important news and updates with bitcoin every week or so since it mostly posts prices of BTC and altcoins every now and then.

each exchange usually has facilities for crypto-related news, You only need to set certain news, for example only btc and eth news, if you have a cellphone, you only need to install a few applications, lots of applications that review about crypto news, There will also be notifications when there is new news.

You can try to subscribe on newsletter of coindesk and cointelegraph if you want to get crypto news regularly from them directly to your mailbox.

Or you can also try using CMA - Crypto Mass Adoption, they have a Facebook account and a mobile app, there's a tab for latest news (Stay up to date with news from distinguished websites). I used it for years, data are always updated.

The problem with most of these events is that they are already long ago in the knowledge and radar of every trader, as they say, these things get priced in.

Halving for example, has been known even since last year.

But still, I'd love to know of these type of things too. Forex calendars are really good and crypto hasn't caught up to those standards yet.

My personal experience is with https://cointelegraph.com/

They email me almost every day about current news and what the prices are and the possible causes of that breakdown, whether bullish or a bearish trend. Try subscribing to them, and you would know how they would do for you. You could easily Unsubscribe if you don't want the content. That's the best way to get connected and be updated with anything related to cryptocurrencies.

I haven't an exposure with the other guys here mentioned but what interests me to check out is coinmarketcal.com. Maybe I could update or not if I had a good experience with it.

I know a site called http://www.coinscalendar.com ( TG: https://t.me/coinscalendarcom ). This is the site that I have been watching for a long time about events. Sometimes some events are not listed, but I think you can benefit as a whole.
