the max no. of posts i ever make in 1 day until now is 15..
i have made that 15 posts on my last month holiday, usually i only make 5-7 posts in 1 day..

I didn't know there was a ban treshold... Is it automatic, or only when you post really low quality posts over 20 times/day?
Even then, it would take me 1-2 hours to make 20-30 posts, so i guess that would be my maximum to...
you can post as many posts as you want a day, but if you post too much you will draw attention from the admins and the odds you'll be banned will increase.
