Must be provably fair and support should be very responsive which I want from any dice site, chat is not important for me because I don't have a lot of time to stay online there, I don't care about faucet because it's just waste of time and not worth to it, I am quite sure support is very important for me.
The important things I would consider in a good dice site are:

2.The users. Minimum of 750 users are a must for me trust a website. I would frequently see their chats to see if they are bots or not.
3.The autobet settings. The better the options, easier to play there
4.The activeness of support, mods and the admin. Those to reply fast are reliable
5.Other factors are the chance % range, the speed of bets, the faucets, the deposit confirmations required, withdraw fees, the coins allowed to play with etc.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER IN A DICE GAME IS THE FAIRNESS OF THE GAME. AND ALSO THE SAFETY OF THE USERS COINS. IT WILL BE NICE IF THE ADMINS ARE APPROACHABLE WHEN IT COMES TO THE USERS SUGGESTION/COMPLAINTS.

Yes the fair system has to be good otherwise the website is worth nothing in my eyes, if it does not have this you can already say bye to your gambling website for sure.
Security is also a factor but that is standard in my eyes.

Unique script and attractive design is very important for me before get start there, I don't like ugly design and copy paste dice site, good faucet is plus point for any dice site I think if that site have good faucet than it will be more nice.

Indeed at the first place its that its has fair payout rules, next comes the security because that has to be good of course.
I think that the design comes after that but its not always so important as people say.
I must say that I think the first thing that comes security and after that fair payouts.

Provably fair, design, chat but for me one of the most important in one site is the support. They should have a good, quick, and responsive support to solve if their player had a problem. - Design

Well one of the absolute certainties is that it must be provably fair. The other necessities will differ from person to person.
The design should be good & even something as simple as some funky, relaxing background music can enhance the experience.

I am not particular about the web design, faucet and bot of a dice site. The most important thing to me is the chat and the deposit/withdrawal.
It would be good to have a active chat as it will encourage more users to gamble. Deposit/withdraw is one that will destroy the confidence of the users if there are delays in either of these.
