Basically i've stopped mining for the coin with the most profit.

Sometimes you can get lucky and when it hits an exchange be the first to sell but usually as soon as new coins hit an exchange there is a crazy sell-off.

I think you should just either mine ETH, BTC, ETC and hold it for the next few months and hope we get out of this bear market. You can also mine a coin like ETH and sell it and instead buy some token coins which sound like they have a promising future.

But right now, searching the Announcement section is not worth it to make an extra 10 cent per GPU per day.

Pick a new coin with low difficulty and higher rewards. Don't look out for a coin which you can instantly sell, it wont give you any profit.
Just an example: Mine a coin like PepeGold (PEPGD) since its low on difficulty and reward per block is 50.

More info on solo mining or joining a pool here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-pepegold-peps-v10-old-ann-widely-accepted-food-currency-3045622

Mine and hold to get sufficient profit. Select more similar coins and get most out of your setup. Good luck.

Many coins that have a large growth and are very whitewashed, but first of all it is BTC, ETH, XRP, EOS ... EOS is called"ether on steroids". This system contributed to the rapid penetration of top Crypto currency by market capitalization. Ripple is one of the first public key cryptosystems, which launched a unit-technologies in real sector of the economy. This cryptosystem allows banks to carry out transactions quickly and economically. About BTC, ETH nothing to say and everyone knows about them.

The profit margin of coins is very volatile. You may never want to watch it online. For beginners, I recommend using software from Nice Hash. Your equipment will automatically switch to mining the more profitable coins. But this is only at the initial stage. After hacking this service I do not trust them. After you learn to choose the coins you need, I recommend switching to reliable pools.

And also, apparently some specific cards are very good on specific algos/coins. Some even mine on old 1050ti and make good ROI.

Of all alts.

Txs

sha-256 algo for amd
scypt algo for nvidia

Don't know if trolling or not but for both algos you will not earn anything using GPUs to mine. SHA-256 and Scrypt mining are done by ASICs now.

Such a dumb question by OP required an equally dumb response.

Find one that just launched, not some clone but a true real new coin.

CMM is a great example.   btcz is still pretty easy to mine also

If you just want to let it run and not worry about it then NiceHash is always a decent alternative. The convenience comes at a cost - typically I get ~10% less return via NiceHash compared to mining in a pool. But I also don't have to constantly worry about what the flavor of the month is.

This will vary daily if not hourly but the following can help you out and serve as a guide:

Impossible question to answer.

Depends entirely on your hardware, and it can change daily based on difficulty and market price.

As others have said, look up your hardware online and compare hashrates with different coins.

This. Whattomine.com is a good website to use if you are getting started. Practically any coin is profitable, no one can tell you what will be most valuable in the long term though. The markets decide that.

An other option is to donating your GPU computing power (and get MEDIC coins rewards) to support protein folding at home project of Stanford University through MEDIC Coin's folding at home initiative.
