I do agree with that we need to choose a gambling site which has a good customer support but before that, we need to check whether a site is trusted or not. Among few trusted sites if you want to choose a site to gamble then you should choose the site which has a good support team. There are chances that we may face some issue if we plan to gamble regularly so if support is not responding faster then it will be an issue later on.

I think you shouldn't take people's recommendations so blindly because, they may be using an online casino that they are comfortable with but you don't, and it also it depends on what you are going to play, some gambling websites may be good at one game and really bad at others so you have to take that in mind, i personally would recommend fortunejack for dice and blackjack, because they have a very user friendly ui and fast transactions, and they don't take any fees on withdraw.

Regular withdrawals without hassle is what needs to be focused on. Often the casino needs to verify documents in order to pay. If this happens then you are sure to get into some sort of mess. The concept of anonymity should be maintained properly in the crypto based casinos which is often lacking.

Yes different people have different reasons to choose one but one should should start with checking how legitimate the website is.

I had personally faced this problem with an online casino where we can play with Bitcoins. I deposited about $100 worth Bitcoins there but they said that it never reached them. They started making excuses like I paid less transfer fees and thus the money was not deposited. Later when I read reviews about that website, I found that they have cheated a lot of other people in the same way.
