This is very subjective in my opinion.
No one can tell if we are in the bear or bull market, because it also depends on your point of reference.
However, if you are following a specific coin, you will know which factors will give you hint on where it is heading.
Better focus on the coins you are holding rather than look for the general market.

There are more indicators that being used by so many people to determine the start of bullrun but im sure that bitcoin will always become the main sign to know whether the market is starting to turn into the bullish or not.

As bitcoin dominates the crypto market, i guess it should be the first base so we will know if the market starts to be bullish. There may be corrections that i think have become inevitable, but i think bitcoin should always be seen increasing its own value even hitting 20% increase because that will be a good sign that the market is having a bull run. Otherwise, the market will fall into a bull trap and suddenly drop its value, together with the rest of the altcoins.

I think one of the clear sign to start of bull market is bitcoin halving.
But usually the bull starts after 1 year passed from bitcoin halving, just look at the price history of bitcoin.
Anyway, that is only one of many factors that contribute in bull market. There are many factors that we will know when we have experience in cryptocurrency.

You will only know when the real bull market is here if bitcoin is consistently showing a good price increase and afterwards, altcoins will also be seeing in positive prices.
