Investing is only better if you find a way to only profit from it. Investing is not "only gain" process, you can lose money as well.So far holding bitcoin is proven to be the best solution and you can be called position trader by doing so.
Personally I would rather invest in casinos bankroll investment - I hate volatility of altcoins.
Besides using it as a currency it seems like its impossible to make money off of bitcoins unless you already have some serious cash , mining bitcoins is long done nd over with nd its seems like trading/exchange doesnt give you much of a profit , so im just wonding as someone just now arriving to this dead party whats there to do with bitcoin ?
You can literally do anything with your coins, just as long as you know where to spend them according to your wants.Buy goods, fund your bank account, hire services, etc. Anything you can ask for, you can get for bitcoin.

I belive you are not from the stone age or nither you are from 90's so if you accessing the market daily you will have a really strong demand to get any of the important thing so do not think that you can not get it just think positive and do what you can at least try and start today maybe tomorow you will really aquire that thing

There is actually a fair amount of things to do with Bitcoin right now, you can buy things (obviously), invest in various businesses within the Bitcoin economy, do altcoin trading, gamble, donate to charity, and do a ton of other things that I haven't listed here. You can even go and just burn your Bitcoin if you want to at some burner address.

I think your right about much of this. Bitcoin never was more than money. It's the best money, but just money. So what can you do with it? Anything you can do with the other money you have and lots more. The real power of bitcoin is not well understood until you know a lot about money in general. Fiat money or private money systems have inherent problems starting with trust. For example if you have dollars in your pocket those are not actually yours, they belong to the federal reserve. The issuer can change the value as they wish, the supply, the distribution. You and any wealth you have stored are just along for the ride. Bitcoin is open source, peer-to-peer and beyond the control of any authority. There is only the market and the 100% predictable math used in it's operation. You can trade with your neighbor or someone on the other side of the planet. No other money in history is like this.

You could do many things with bitcoin just like what you can do to the money. You can buy it only to a limited shops who accepts bitcoin as payment. I use bitcoin to topup my phone and you could also pay your credit cards through it. You can even have reservation for your next trip through bitcoin. If you are bored and want to have some fun, you could gamble some of it.

I don't see that part working. There is nothing convenient to spend it on, nothing I want or need can easily be found and purchased with BTC. Why would I convert to BTC to go out and spend after great deal of time searching for some place to accept it?
And it seems that the vast majority of holders, if these forums are any indication, simple are holding and waiting for some huge price increase. Why would the price rise when very little is being used as a currency?

Well, i think you must know that Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin as P2P Electronic Cash System, not instant/good way to earn profit.
Mining always hard if you mine with high electricity price or high temperature at your mining location anyway, BUT trading is still profitable if you also want to trade bitcoin with altcoin
If you're bitcoin geek/nerd, maybe you should looking some interesting things such as SegWit, LN, new BIP or bitcoin trends in some country.
But, you always can gambling, join risky "investment" or just hold your bitcoin even though it's not best option.

Same here, most of the bitcoins done are to be invested and make them as profit. And also i will wait until the value would increase and become stable and then thats the time you will use it like paying credit cards and other payments who accepts bitcoin as payment.
