All depends on the game for example I have 3 bets on today's matches in sports betting. I have bets this way where first is moneyline 0.05BTC on a team. Second bet is parlay with amount of 0.005BTC because odds are high and third one is on both teams to score separate than others of 0.025BTC. I don't have any fix amount for bets.
My average bet is around 0.02-0.03 max i bet was 0.2 was a lost though

My average bet is depend on my balance. If i have low balance, my average bet will be small and it's depend on how confident me about that match. I actually go all in if i confident about that match.

I do not gamble much so I am not sure what my average bet it the only game that UI play is roulette when I go out and gamble.

I bet 0.1$-0.5$ in casino. Never more, because I gamble for fun, and I am 99% sure that i won't beat house. So i don't like to lose more money on bets than max 0.5$/bet. Sports bets are something different, there i bet 50-200$.

Looks like you're upside down because of the sports betting takes longer than casinos should you be willing to bet big on sports betting. just say it what i think

I usually withdraw my winnings after I win 3 units (which is 0.045) and start over again with just 0.015 on my account. Also, I don't always bet on the favorites, as there might be a tendency for them to fix some matches and fck you over from there. Fix matches usually happen on tennis, idk about other sports. And I also only bet a single unit with odds higher than 1.5. I don't consider anything lower to be worth the fist-clenching, let alone my time watching it.
That's a good amount to bet. because when you win you get a decent amount of profit, and losing 0.015 btc (10 usd) is something you (or at least I) can live with.

You are following an amazing strategy, every gambler must learn this. Being a fellow gambler I am always target for big winning amount so I do bet for more than 0.01 BTC most of the times. But, like you if I am considering winning in gambling is an extra income then it doesn't matter how much I am getting in the profits. That will lead to lower bet amounts which might secure my bankroll.

If it were the example you gave I think aiming for 50x your money is much too high it would be better to aim for doubling instead. If you bet dust it's ok to bet high since it's not worth doubling dust. You talking about 1 entire btc and that for me is too much on just one bet especially when the odds are that bad.
No, i will not take this type of risk. I will do only sports betting so there I will get this type of odds 50x or sometimes 100x, But it's 100 percent sure we will not win that bet. So in that time why should simply take the risk. And I don't believe in slot games. It's fully luck based game, so I am not interested in checking my luck with this big bet.

I personally as a risk averse individual will go the small bets over a long time to be safer rant her than the other way around in which I could make more money as easy as I could lose my investment within a twinkle of an eye. but if I bet on parlay, I always try a small bet to get a big win.
Parlay is dead nowadays. There is no eventual win and you might end up with small differential profits that might not be worth your time and money.although it does not always win. but at least I like to get the jackpot of parlay

Inwws just thinking maybe it doesn't matter I'd you go small or bug the odds are the same. Though of you go big you save time if you go mall you can play for longer. Depends what you want and how much time you have to play for. I know most people will want to play longer.
All I can is my minimum bet is 0.005 BTC and maximum I can reach is 0.10 BTC really like everyone is saying the real amount of bet is where I am playing. If it is sports game then my bets remain lower but in casino related games I am used to play maximum of 0.10 BTC. I don't gamble just for fun but to get some good profit too.
