Bitcoin Core for sure. It is the only wallet you don't need to trust a third party.

I'm using multibit and I like it, no more long blockchain downloads because I have slow internet. I have no problem so far using it.

Bitcoin Core. But only after the 30+GB blockchain is up to date. Cheesy

On a related note, I'm currently working on a wallet for Android devices which can generate keys offline. Hoping to have it released soon.

Thats the annoyance of controlling it yourself. Download sizes! I use electrum!

Sorry about the noobish question, but what can one do with the coin control features?

With coin control, you can specify which transaction outputs you want to spend and you can specify the change address as well.

I use Electrum

What is your best bitcoin wallet?

Electrum is good, but trezor better ;-)
Is it true?

Trezor is a hardware wallet that you can use safely and easily on a compromised computer. In that sense, no wallet can compete with it. Smiley

I am using standard bitcoin qt wallet. But I wonder if there is faster and less space consuming wallet? I heard online wallets are not to be trusted.
