That got me thinking, how do you personally define "gambling for fun"?
For me, as someone looking to improve and eventually turn a profit, I don’t really see gambling as just entertainment. If I did, I probably wouldn’t take it seriously, and I'd just keep losing without much thought.
The real excitement for me comes from the challenge, not just the thrill. Even when I lose, it pushes me to improve rather than simply shrugging it off as part of the fun, that’s why I don’t fully agree with the idea of gambling being just for fun, it means more to me than that.
And if the others keep on telling us to gamble only for fun, they also have their meaning of what having fun is. Playing some dice, roulette and let their money multiply for a bit and then coming back to lose them again.
It's okay to disagree if you think that gambling isn't just for fun and I have the same opinion as you because we gamble to win, to make money and it's not hard to have that reason if we win.
