I like every single ICO which collect hardcap. because it means demand for tokens after listing. Look at Credits, they completely sold out and already 3x despite total market decrease. The same option could happen with Current. They were sold out on pre-sale, so there are many investors willing to buy it.

I am currently mining Hadron, pre-ICO. Morpheus is a long term changing project. Its ICO is currently going on.
Effect AI finished its ICO. Very promissing project in decentralized AI.

In my opinion CellBlocks ICO is very much promising with lots of potential in real life and my favorite one. The main concept of this project is to implement transaction for inmates in prisons. They are installing kiosks in prisons and inmate have the control of their transaction through blockchain which has a real life need for the prisoners. The ICO will be start at April 1st.
