My favorite manga is Hunter x hunter. It is a story of a young boy who has a determination to become a good hunter someday. What I really like most with this story is the value of friendship and loving your teammates. If everyone has an idea or principles like Gon, I think we all conquer our dreams. We could help one another; we can build foundation to unite as one; to support every one. In every battle, you can never win alone, you need someone and teammates to help you in the battlefield to finish the game. Hunter x hunter is an adventure and a long journey to fulfill everyone's dream and aspiration. Watch it, I am surely you will love it.
Mine is one peace, I recommend to take a look at it is worth every single minute.
My favorite manga story is Detective Conan, because I love thrilling stories. and Detective Conan genre is Mystery and Thriller.

I like Naruto it's a good story about a boy who has a great love for his friends and his hometown.

I only know the Manga Citrus and Hajimete no Gal, other than that no more.
Im still following one piece since 9 years old. I love the story from that one and the lead character always make some funny moments. Thats why one piece is my favorite manga all the time.
My favorite manga is Boku no Hero Academia. It was story of being weak body but have a strong determination to help others.
Detective Conan is my favorite mangan . I was always fascinated by detective novels

It's given one of my favorite are naruto, one, piece, fairytail, and gundam. but I'm into now is the 'black clover' it still on going. story about Asta and Yuno, in the world of everyone has a magic except for asta but he has tremendous physical strength due to his training(hoping to gain magic). though he was chosen by 5 leaf clover spellbook which he can draw a big sword which can negate spells/magic. Yuno is opposite of Asta, he was a genius in using magic(the ideal one). He was chosen by 4 leaf clover book, the book used by hero protected their place from demon. They grow together but rival to gain the title Wizard King. I like this like it just similar to naruto. the character portrays so dumb but can rise to the highest. gives me chills and inspiration in reality.
Berserk is pretty good, I agree.
There is many good manga, but the first one to pop up that I've been thinking about recently is Cromartie High School. It's a comedy about delinquent highschoolers and very smart humor.

I absolutely love One Piece ,loved it since way back ,why? pirates, carefree good people, bad ass people(zoro) etc, nonetheless i have read a lot of other manga like a hell of a lot, Berserk had a deep impression more like a scare to the very foundation of my morals ,and the last of my top 3 is a manhwa Tower of God why , the thrill that blue haired guy gives (koon) just searching for perfection.
Rurouni Kenshin,naruto, Bleach 
'Kuroi Ame ni Utarete' was pretty impressive, although the setting is quite dark.
