Ethereum is always trusted cryptocurrency so long term investment is good for anytime. But majority of the investors are concentrate quick profit so we can choose the quick profit altcoins. This year BNB performance was really attractive so still many investors are buy this coin so I am always split to invest crypto and I don't consider the scam projects because huge volume coins are stay in long term.

My favorite is FIX Network because I am more interested in a technical oriented project that solves our problem in reality and for the future.
The digital world is coming and we need a digital identity to match up with our future environment, not only identity we also need digital security that can protect our digital lives from hackers, thieves, and attackers. NEM is also a good thing because the project is focused on decentralization without too much hype.

A lot of project maybe, Bitcoin, ETH, Lumens, BNB or maybe coins that still in market and still developed really well. At least demands for it will always come and not dead project. There are a lot of coin/project that still can be option for investment nowadays.

Aside from bitcoin due to the convenience and potential, I choose there. I believe there is a good platform for other altcoins and it still has a lot of room for improvement and long-term potential. The problem today is, a lot of new projects that are using the ethereum platform or any other platforms are not succeeding because of the number of scam projects that are popping out.

Temporary forum vacation

If you like Ethereum because of smart contracts and because of Dapps, then there is no reason not to like similar projects like Stratis (remember this?) and Waves or NEO -- all are the same type, and maybe some are more decentralized but the confidence is lower because they have not been tested to the length of Ethereum. MY pick is for Waves one day in the far future when people finally recognize this Russian blockchain.

Ethereum is also my favorite project. But the project that was built with the ethereum platform right now has nothing that interests me. There are too many scam projects and all of them attract investors. There are some good ones but no success.

Between 2016-2018 many projects were good and could develop until now. But for now there is no new favorite project.

Beside Bitcoin and Eth; Dusk Network, hands down. Insanely talented team, like for example Dmitry Khovratovich as in their lead cryptographer. They are building security exchange with Bitfinex and all the cool stuff coming up with the mainnet. I am not considering it as the most safest bet but i am most exited about it, like Eth-level of excited.

Same here. There are coins that i can consistently trade with like tron. And i think the top 10 to 15 coins in the market are the ones that would be safest to either hold of trade with. Though these coins / projects have a variety of usage. Safe traders would always go with bitcoin and in some case, xrp. It depends now on how you view these projects and their uses.

Bitcoin - In May 2020 bitcoin will be halved so in my opinion to hold and many predictions of bitcoin will reach a price of $ 20k hopefully that will happen.

Ethereum - All I know is that ETH will release Ethereum 2.0 in 2020 and I only expect improvement because at this time ETH is quite low.

Tron - I chose TRX as an investment for the long term and in my opinion TRX will be my favorite coin for the future.

in the last few days I also made ethereum as a mainstay project because in my opinion ethereum prices are easy to predict when trading and I have gained a little profit during trading with ethereum, we might be able to take guidance on bitcoin prices maybe if bitcoin prices go up then some other altcoins also going up in price, I think it's simpler than the others.

There are a lot of crypto projects out there and those are all considered altcoins. I had two options in choosing projects, one is intended for holding long term and the other is for having less transaction. Top of my priorities are Bitcoin and Ethereum these days, I had already in my portfolio. There's nothing wrong if you hold them all from the top 10 altcoins in CMC, they are all have potential in holding for the long term.

Each crypto coin has different functions and also the pros and cons. I will not choose only one of them instead of using them on their reliable usage.
