Both, but I prefer for money. I gamble for money and when I make money I am very happy and have fun. I prefer betting for sports arbitrage, I have won big money from arbitrage, all you need is your brain, odds comparison site, pinnacle, and other big sportsbooks. I feel proud if I find sure bets, I feel I am a genius to make 1k usd per sure bet, super profitable.
Of course I play gambling for get some profit that is the point and I also think you get some profit you'll be fun play gambling..but i dont know when you lose in gambling that should fun or sad
I am sure no one will be fun when they are lose in gambling, this is money you will be sad if you lost it.

Not all the time gamblers are losing there are times that if you are going to see it you will make gambling as fun way to get your entertainment. And the same time while you are enjoying as you gamble, you have also a chance of getting profit, so it doesn't matter if you are gambling just for entertainment or profit.

I want to bet for the fun of knowing I judged the teams correctly but shouldnt that also mean Iam making a profit. So unfortunately these two go together, Im not a massive gambler so I guess I'll side with fun but really I might quit if I just lost as wheres the fun in that ! 
Well, actually I only bet with remnants of bitcoin I have, for the purpose of having fun. but I am really trying to win in every game I play, because if I do it seriously, then it will be my pleasure get. so I played for fun with a purpose to win. so, I do not have to think about it if I lose

Just think of it as a simple game for fun and nothing more - don't you ever think of it as your source of income unless you are a professional gambler.
It is really very hard to think about it that gambling is a simple game, and we play it only for fun and if we lose so don't matter for us, this is really hard to think and also it is impossible to think, Because if we not invest our money in gambling, than may be we think about it but when we talk about money and want to earn money from gambling, than it is hard to think positively.
Yes for some gambling is really for fun and entertainment.. but for professional gamblers its a way of living for them which they make a lot of profit for them. For me since I'm not professional I gamble just for fun even if I lose some it will not be hard for me.

I'm not going to lie every time i gamble is for profit so you've another reason when you gamble? for fun bullshit 
But for a person like me, I play for fun, winning is more fun, and losing is not that funny actually, but what we played is a gambling and a gambling is an entertainment, so whether you lose or win for a person like me I still have fun, thus considering that I play for fun then.
Earning additional money in gambling didn't actually help your financial needs so you must have a high earning job right? If your playing for profit only then I think you need to look for some other ways to earn and don't consider gambling on those ways that you will find.

Absolutely everyone wants to win for us to acquire more fun from the game.But gambling is full of risk and if you ever continuously lose then your right it will not be fun anymore, but try to think, are you just playing for the money or also for the entertainment.
As in gambling it is actually made for entertainment and you should always keep that in mind even if you lose again and again, as you actually paid for the entertainment, and the winnings are just a bonuses for you if ever you hit your luck on it.

This is what I'm doing but I am thinking if I am becoming productive as I gamble because the more I aim for profit the more chance of losing that I am experiencing. That's why as of now I am just aiming more with entertainment and that is making me more profit because I don't intend to aim with profit anymore.

we are different mate i play gambling to spare time and enjoy i look for profits as an addition or rewards for my lusti know practicing this will avoid me being addicted to the point that i will use more money for my gambling activity
i always making sure now that i only use spare btc from my faucets collection and use it to bet for my favorite team
especially now NBA starts more options for me to enjoy betting.
Mainly fun and if I gain some profit that's great but for the most part I do it for fun really and the excitement it provides.I think there are people who do it solely for the profit and that's ok but you have to be careful how much you bet and control yourself.

I dont like to share or get exposed about my results or bets, the yobit new game, the pony does expose the nick of the winners, it should show just the wallets, one of the reasons i dont try it, i do wanna but without nicks into it, whats the purpose i get exposed and then if i win a big ammount get 200 messages asking for money or where i should invest my bitcoins.
