I think there are so many other reasons responsible to make you poor and exhausted, I think gambling is not responsible for that, but the way you play gambling is the main reason to make you poor and exhausted, if you play gambling with some good planning and strategy then it cannot make your poor and you can continue it without causing a big lost.

Even if you relax or not, it wont really affect the outcome of your bet. If it is a losing bet no matter how calm you are , you will still lose it however it is best to stay calm so that you wont be affected by it when you lose as most people tend to bet more when they lose and ended up losing everything in short time

You should make earning a profit as your secondary goal and not make it your main priority. It is good that you feel relaxed when gambling. Someone has got to be good at gambling if it become his first source of income. Most of those guys are into poker because they can have good strategy of their own and can decide which way to go either call or bluff.

i gamble for fun like betting some altcoins which isn't too valuable to which i got also for free.

Yeah not all. I once was very fond of playing poker and I play basically for the fun and excitement with playing with friends and other players. It's a lot safer that way and you're not pressured to win or lose as again, you're not playing for the prize but for the process of playing with your friends. If you thinking that way I would say that it is wrong to make gambling as a way to your dream to be rich. But what you are doing regarding your reason to gamble to make some profits while having good time in chat is what I also like. Most of the online casinos are already having a chat room as it attracts more clients to play in their site, they have even the local chat's separate so you will have a time to get to know your fellow countrymen and chat with them. lol
