It will be tough to predict, knowing that you cannot do anything about it once you are there, and you might never know what your "emotions" go through then. It will be hard to sell once you feel those "bull" parts.

Since it's your first time, what would happen is you will ride and believe that it will be in increasing effect. It could go on and on in price, and you can never go down feeling. But it will.

It's almost always the case but since you haven't learned or have your opinion on it after 18 months here, I think that's what will happen to you.

Don't try to time it. It's going to be difficult.

I am wondering when is best to sell and want to make sure I don't sell too early.

You will have to consider the rate at which the bitcoin market price was when you made your first investment, then hold and wait till the next Halving, once there's a bullrun, then you target the rate it would have moved while rising from when you first entered, if you realized a cognate difference then you're good to sell because you're not loosing and bitcoin has increased in value from where it was when you began.

Does anyone have specific selling strategy during the bull run or do you just do what feels right at the time?

Buying strategies is what is common but once there's a bullrun, if you wish to sell you're not missing out, you don't need a particular strategy for that.

The plan is to take advantage of this bull market now that the price of Bitcoin is currently low including other altcoins that had been in the market. We had been seeing speculations about the bull run that is going to commence probably by next year and everyone had been preparing for that time. Cryptocurrency is a very risky venture and we'll have to be ready for what comes ahead of us.

The people that are going to make money from this bear market are those that are ready to take the risk that is involved including patience waiting for the market to fully go bullish so that we can maximize profits.

I know it is not definite but highly likely the bull run will be 2024/25 and it will be my first bull run.
Nobody is sure when the bull run will be coming, we are all just predicting and hoping it comes by 2024/2025, but we shouldn’t be too confident because some people will be disappointed if the bull run doesn't come by 2024, which everyone has been predicting. Let’s keep in mind that it can come at any moment, it might even come before 2024, which has been predicted by most people.

I am wondering when is best to sell and want to make sure I don't sell too early.
No one can tell you when you should sell, it’s left for you to make decisions on your own, and nobody knows how high bitcoin is going to go in the next bull run, so just do your analysis and set your target. If you are lucky and your target is hit, then you can sell, but keep in mind that you will find it difficult to sell at the top, and since nobody knows how high it will go, nobody will be able to recommend a price to sell at for you.

Don't forget that cryptocurrency is unpredictable, which nobody know when the price will bull higher or dump in the market but just have it in mind that bear market will not live forever. I think many holders are waiting for the price to hit back $69k before they will start selling to make a good profits, which it will surely happen to those that will endure long for their dream to come through. since you have endure to 18 months in the community show that you will not regret when the bull start because you are already among the long term holders, and there is a confidence for long term holders to win something big before the end of December if they can endure till the season appear.

I know it is not definite but highly likely the bull run will be 2024/25 and it will be my first bull run.

I am wondering when is best to sell and want to make sure I don't sell too early.

I have been in crypto just under 18 months now so all I am used to is bear market and being at a loss so feel as soon as the markets reverse and bull run comes it will all be new to me and I don't want to get too carried away and sell to early.

Does anyone have specific selling strategy during the bull run or do you just do what feels right at the time?

Are you still asking questions that you have already answered more than once? I don't know if it's confusion or something else, but even after 18 months in how you say "crypto", you don't seem like you've learned anything, or that you even have a serious intention to learn something.

Instead of looking for some new answers again, I suggest you re-read some of your topics.

Is there a best way of withdrawing profits from exchanges?
Bitcoin - what are we expecting for the rest of 2023?
Cashing out fiat in UK?
What are we expecting from now until Bitcoin halving?
Bitcoin - what is your plan when we reach $100k?

These are just some of the topics you have made since May of this year, there is simply no point in going beyond that...

The best strategy is to be obsevant on the market movement. Plus youll feel that its highly likely to continue if the charts looks promising. You can never predicted if its gonna be a continous movement since thats impossible we always expect some rough patch down trend sometime and we gonna thought its over nut reversal is imminent. But never be greedy not to sell when you already know its a good profit and dont regret not selling much higher.

you have nothing to lose even if you are in a bear market if you don't sell your assets. Of course, if you think about investment planning you will end up with a bull market.
In fact, no one can estimate the exact time to sell. or wait for ATH and we just sell it. everyone just predicts and doesn't know whether what we do will be right or not. therefore when you are in a bull market, try to be consistent with your initial investment plan. a bull market can be a strong pump and then a correction. if you have no experience, you can very easily panic in this position.

Don't have any specific plan since I just base my profit taking depends on what situation will occur. And I never get hype easily with more hyping words we can possibly ready anywhere then wait for more since for me profit is profit on whatever forms so don't get hype about ATH since the more you chase then wait for more you will just end up missing the train. So make sure you will not act like that since that traits makes you a bag holder then regret for not selling at the moment where best time to sell your bitcoin or other alts.

There’s no perfect timing when it comes to bull run. I know that the next year’s halving is one of the catalysts here, but the bull run can happen anytime even before the halving due to various factors.

I am still down as of the moment of the original BTC price that I’ve bought in doing DCA (dollar cost averaging). I always have to be readyb wherever the market goes.

If the bull run does happen, I would sell a reasonable amount of my assets and keep the capital. Ain’t planning to sell them all.

Investment plan should be longer than 2024 and 2025 so you will find (SSS) - A Sane and Simple bitcoin Savings plan is very helpful for you.

Your investment plan can be different than the SSS one but I believe you will be enlightened by that topic.

Dollar Cost Averaging is more mentioned for buying (accumulation) but it is actually helpful for selling (taking profit) too.

When it comes to trading the crypto market there is no perfect or specific time to sell your asset because if you are waiting for a specific time some investors we take profit from your money. What you have to do is to deploy a trading strategy that will help you take a profit any time you see one. Also, learn not to be greedy when trading in the crypto market. For instance, if you invest in a token with $500 and your investment turned to $1000 you can sell off your token and wait for the token to retrace so you can buy the token again.
