Taking a good walk is a reliever. Also, sleeping and just having time for myself to relax.
My stress reliever. My stress relieving method is talking to my friends or to the woman of my life.
Video games, watching movies or music
I cry! or play games heheh.

Also, visualizing yourself doing well on tasks you’re trying to master actually functions like physical practice, so you can improve your performance through visualizations as well!
