The best stress reliever is when you go hang out with your friends and get drunk and talk a lot of things and throwbacks.

I think how to cope with the stress of doing hobbies that you want to do is the easiest way. Hobbies are a reliable activity if someone is done. The goal is to get something valuable to be the mind and soul of those people. In fact, doing a hobby to make someone become excited after a tiring activity.

My stress reliever is to eat. Especially to eat sweet foods. Examples are chocolates and ice cream.

My stress reliever includes the following;
1. Reading inspiring books
2. Listening to inspiring music
3. Exercising or walking in nature
4. Playing with kids
5. Spending time with the people I love

my stress reliever is eating, whenever i feel so stressed i just want to eat and recharge my body. i love to eat sweets specially during the night. it feels so relieve when you eat all you want during the time that you are stressed. just spoil yourself for you to have energy to continue your life with positive mind set.

Well for me watching cartoons and some funny videos on youtube! Few months before i came across a old tv show named "Mind your Language", it was one my the best humor show i have ever saw. Whenever i had a rough day or had too much stress i watch one episode of that show and it made me laugh so much and feel happy.
Apart from i enjoy the companionship of my pets! Pets especially dogs can be a lot of help when you are upset or too much stressed! Compared to any other animals dogs have the sense to understand when their owner is upset. They can chill you out within no time and you start feeling more relaxed. Or else always laying in the bed for some time listening to some smoothing music helps a bit too (:

We think too much about the problems instead of thinking how to get rid of it.

my stress reliever includes;
WATCHING- Its either Kdrama, Series, Movies, drama etc.
EATING- comfort food especially home cooked meals and snacks
SOCIAL MEDIA- switch tabs from twitter insta, facebook and messenger
PRAY- works all the time
