My cats ,my family ,my Bitcoin and my friends because all of them gives me happiness that i need
Usually i'm watching funny videos on youtube, listening good music and playing video games.
I will rest, maybe watch some movies or eat or play games. I will just do something else.
My stress relief is I will watch some comedy movies or comedy videos
I will drink and sleep.
I like to eat good food to feel a better spirit, and many people think that it may feel better if there is more time to relax. Now many people are anxious to have a stress free life.
meeting with friends, just hanging out over a beer is always nice! 
I like to listen to music to ease the stress in life. Maybe more people will choose other ways such as eating out or watching movies.
when I am stressed I always listen to my favorite music, it makes me become more calm, and during the afternoon I usually play with my friends

I do workout when I'm stressed it makes me feel relieved and at the same time i have gains.
There is a lot of thinking that just having sleep or doing other things to keep the spirit relaxed, but it will continue to come if you encounter the same situation.
