It is only normal for us to can't sleep and it is a part of our emotional feeling. At the end of the day we need to accept it whatever or how much we loss. It is our own choice to play gambling that is why it was always said by many prp gamblers and even a trader, investors to invest what we can afford to lose.

The feeling of winning everything is a wrong feeling in gambling. To avoid or dispel these feelings, we should set a target before gambling in gambling venues. By installing the expected target, hopefully, we will immediately stop after our targets are met.

It seems everyone had that experience of walking home instead of riding in vehicles due to gambling, My experience is from Dota Betting back in college, I just make fun of it now when I remembered it, atleast we should learn that we still need to save some penny for our comforts.

Well,a good moment happened here was you didn't try to chase back your lost amount so it clearly aware of that gambling.So always keep in mind that while gambling then one day the luck will knock your door.But it is a normal thing when we lose money,it will be hard to accept and it happened for me many times because I am most unlucky in gambling.

It can be avoided due to the persons discipline on his own. Whats more worst moments is when you can't stopped by anybody and you act like theres no life without gambling that is called addiction. I lose moneys on it get addicted but i learned to stop and change.

The worst thing that i made on gambling when i just start $10 bucks as capital then I bet on basketball on nitrogen then i able to make my $10 bucks into $1000 dollars in just few days.But because of my greediness i just forgot to withdraw my winning and continue to play until such time i did not notice that my winning and capital are gone.I just regret for this..I always think that i always lucky but im wrong..im just a greedy hahaha.

Worst bet I ever did was totally not my fault, it was a sports bet with 2 matches back to back. In the first match the dominant team won easily without conceeding any points and the very next match the one I bet on immediately after that same team lost horribly.
Now I wouldnt mind but each match involved the same two teams in a tournament style points deal and somehow lost out completely. Either they lost on purpose or there was no sense to it at all, I wouldnt mind but it was my biggest bet for a long time and I lost many weeks winnings from just that easy mistake Sad

Nothing is ever certain, dont bet 10% of your pot on just 1 match. Expensive lesson

Good to hear that you stop gambling, personally my worst moment with gambling is that I keep on playing without realizing that I don't have money to use for so I ended up borrowing money from my friends. Yeah we can see that there's no good reason to continue gambling but for me as long as you know when to stop then you can surely secure your profit.

That is like a worst moment someone can ever create for themselves. Good for you that you quickly considered quickly that you were getting it all wrong and then you were able to hold yourself together. A lot of people have made such mistakes and that to me is more like drifting towards being an addict and if you had not controlled the impulse, right now, your impulse would have been controlling you.

Yeah when you gamble continuously it's feels like you are going nowhere just stand there and didn't move. Yeah people like get hypnotized when it comes to gambling, they do want to stop this bad habit but don't know why your brain makes you have to go back again and again even you know that you are broke already.
