I hope that it is the only reason because if the other way around which is we want to avenge our loses we will never be successful in gambling, my understanding is that, we will not only be successful by winning but also even if we lose but we were able to enjoy that is already success to me.

I doubt that making you fun and the enjoyment you feels is keep you coming back from gambling. I guess you want also to get and recover your losses that you had made as you gamble. I think that is the main reason why people are coming back from gambling. They want to get again the money they have lose but instead of recovering back they are losing again.

But mostly, strategies won't actually works in games that are fully based on luck,
Just like as what you had just said "dice".

But some do actually coming back for that reason of trying and testing out something to win against the house.

yeah i think when you don't know the reason why you keep gambling and always back to gamble it's actually a sign of addicted to gamble already. you just too enjoying the pleasure and didn't realize you are addicted. so the fun thing that at first time just to kill your free time mostly would become an addiction due this fun factor.

I agree most of the gamblers will say they are gambling for fun but the problem is that even if you are gambling for fun and you know that it makes you loose money then why are you doing it ?
Simple answer is that because we are addicted, no matter what is the reason why you gamble the end result will always be loose. Sometimes addicted ( a loose too ) and sometimes real money loss.

I they are coming back because they are thinking that they can recover their loses or they want to play because maybe this is his lucky day but they are losing and coming back to recover or win a lot..

I keep coming back in an online casino because of this 3 Reasons.

1) I want to win again.
2) I want to recover my loss.
3) The game is fun and i don't mind losing or winning as long as i am enjoying what i am doing.

Now i already quit some of the casino site that i am playing because for the reason that i always lose and i am not enjoying the game anymore.
I've never played those site for 3 months now and i does not taught about playing there again.

Your first two points are dangerous and are going to addiction that is why i do not care for both of them and it is only the third point which i like and for that i do not invest much high amount but only a smaller amount is enough to get that entertainment , so i come back for fun not for money and recovering the loses.

Hit it bullseye. The main lesson is, we only play money that we can afford to lose so that we all have all the fun in the world gambling - because we are worry free whether we lost that money or not - our goal is to have fun and be entertained. This is what gambling si supposed to be, right? It is just for entertainment unless, you want to play like a professional gamblers do.
