There are a lot of threads already that talks about this. I think you are looking at the wrong section, literally speaking this community has all the answers to your questions.
To help you out:
1. You can offer any computer related jobs, Such as;
- Programming
- Web Developing
- Animator
- SEO
- Link Building
There are still a lot you can offer that has a relation to computers.
2. Writing (Blogs, News, Press Release and etc.)
3. Selling of Goods (Things that you want to sell online)
In regards to Signature Campaign.
1. Your rank must be at least Jr. Member (Though some campaigns offers a position to Newbies, depends on the campaign manager decision)
2. As a newbie, A good start for you to have a high chance of getting accepted in a campaign is to post as constructive as you can. (Constructive for me is Knowledgeable, On point and on topic, 75 characters and above)
But remember, be cautious in posting. Don't post an average of 10 posts per 10 mins, Since the moderators do not tolerate post bursting and/or spamming. They could tag you as a spammer, that would give you a hard time to enroll or apply in any of the campaigns available and the worst is they could ban your account.

Wow! This is awesome and your don't only help the OP because it also help me either. Also. I will love some to what you listed in other to help the OP and others. Working as block explorers, pools, IRC servers/channels, language translator and BB code writer are also another services people offer in other to make bitcoin on this forum.
