I know some of you would wonder what this topic is doing here, in the Economics section, but since it is in fact an economic question with purely utilitarian goals in mind, I think it is where it should be. This is a serious question and I'm not kidding. I'm not very interested in European languages like German or French, or whatever, as I think languages like Chinese and Japanese are more promising and rewarding in terms of both usage and money in the nearest future. Personally, I'm more inclined toward Japanese (that's why I'm not decided yet), though I understand that Chinese may be a better choice for the time being and years to come

So what is your opinion on this matter from an economic point of view, with crypto in mind?

Nowadays there is a lot of automation and therefore quality matters rather than the quantity. In the near future, the European and American economies will collapse, as a result of the unlimited influx of third world immigrants. Japan is limiting the number of foreign immigrants and therefore it will remain as a major economic power in the future.

I think the same as you, I see that the Asia country is getting strong and the country like Japan, Korea, China will get more power to expand their business in Asia and another region. maybe it is better to learn Japanese and Chinese language in the same time so you can familiar with the language and you can use to speak in their language when you visit in Japan or other Asia country.
Learning one language is not enough. I want to learn French, because along with English it is the only language most widely spoken in all five continents. Thus, learning another language enriches the mind and opens up new opportunities or advantages for both personal and professional aspects.

If the choice is between these languages, then it is better to study Chinese, because it is spoken by a quarter of the world's population)

Mostly Chinese, I don’t really know why but I think you should just go for Chinese, maybe because it is the most popular language or something and most of the people in this forum also supports that you should go for Chinese based on the poll that you set up, so that will probably be a good decision to make.

And I just forgot to add that Chinese translators are always in demand these days and you’re likely to get a job in that area if you’re working as a freelancer.

Chinese language seems like a good choice to learn. China is one of the big countries in the world. The population is also widely spread throughout the world. So it seems that Chinese will be very necessary to communicate.

Enough to learn english because we know also english is one of the international language no need to learn the other. But depending on everyone if you want to know other languages it's okay. Indeed Chinese is the best, cause the people widespread in every country to dominate the economic. I am sure to join Chinese economy do not necessarily have to know all their word.

I think you already knew the answer. If you are well familiar with English language, then you should consider learning French or Chinese. I think these languages are the best from economic point of view. You can enhance your career prospects if you have a good hold on these languages. Otherwise, if you want to learn some language because it interests you, then it’s definitely your choice.

I will be more inclined to japan, why? because Japan is a country that is very calculated in terms of technology. There are many new technological outcomes from japan and they are always innovating every new product and technology and japan is also a country that keeps growing in many ways. So if I am allowed to vote, I will better maintain Japanese.
I couldn't agree more with you because Japan is always the leading country in technology and learning Japanese can help you get to know better about their innovations. I know this may sound irrelevant in this forum and also quite personal but to me, Japanese has a smooth and soft feel to it and it makes me kinda relaxed every time I listen to it. This is one of the main reason why I like Japanese more than other languages but anyways, this is just my opinion.

I must prefer to learn  a fluent english and next to it is japanese.  Today  english is the most in demand language  all over the world. Different country learn how to speak english specially for those who are in the field of business. Actually i consider myself that im not fluent in english thats why i must learn more. Its an advantage if you know different languages.

I voted for the Chinese because I believe that this is the most promising language for studying. China is rapidly developing its economy, establishing close economic relations around the world. Every year more and more people move to China to live and work. And an important fact is that the world has a billion people who speak Chinese.

For us we can learn cryptocurrency, we do not need to learn other language otherwise, we need to learn and analyze on how can you earn throught crypto. Every country have their own way to earn. We just need some advice and not to spend more time on learning other languages
