if the token is not needed in the blockchain then i'd say it does not matter who the team is because it does't need to be in the blockchain to accomplish their goals but if it's something that has a use case and solves a problem along with a great team, then i definitely see potential but you still have to look at the competition as well Smiley

IOST has got a pretty good team, they have the best coders working round the clock to provide the best platform for building dAPPS.
A team doesn't only involve the devs and PR team but the investors too.How much the investors can hold during such low times.IOST has managed pretty well despite the high amount of circulation.

So yea, IOST has the best team!

I think The most important Factor to make the Token Good is Team and Project

Team = to make the price stable
Project = to make the money still profitable

For me, a project can be good if it have beneficial and developable ideas. In my opinion, if a token want to be successful, it should try to be desirable for the future.

What makes a good token are
1. A good token has to be a solution to some problem in world. Taking the fact that world is runned centralized and blockchain has decentralization as a feature, a good token has to substitute centralization.
2. The Development Team of the token.
3. The Total supply of the token as well as the distribution process.

  • Token distribution;Try to figure out what their token sales strategy is first. Generally speaking, 30% is fair. If there are “discounts” that means there is an uneven playing field, and the fact they need incentives to attract buyers could be the subtle clue that drives my decision making process. However, discounts aren’t necessarily a negative sign, as a lock-in period can make up for that.

  • The team behind the token;
I want to see at least one person on the team who has technical experience relevant to cryptocurrency, blockchain, decentralization, or something else related to one of these topics. I recently read a white paper whose founder touted that his CTO was “Cisco and Microsoft Certified.” This guy may well have had these certifications, and could have been a rock star at doing whatever it is that people who have Cisco and Microsoft certifications do, but I don’t understand how that particular technical expertise translates into cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or decentralization expertise.

  • A really great token allows you to do something unique, something that requires a database to be kept but where that data is not changed at every tiff and turn. A bank account is a great example of a database that works well on blockchain, because the data is a record of transactions. So, although the data changes, you need to keep a record of those changes.

It depends on the token, i like to see the project behind, personally i like real estate backed tokens and some other that are coming up with trading platforms like tokenbox and covesting etc.

I think to see or saying a good token would be base on the project and the developer on how they work it and establish it publicity so that it would sound and smells good to those big investors. To think investors are always catching for the better project and a better token to run out to the crypto world.
I agree that what makes a good token are the people behind the project and how they catch the interest of the investors. Mostly through a good marketing strategy and a good relationship toward its community are best way to make a good token.

Here is whats makes a good token :
1. The use of the token : what the token can do example : essentia token. Essentia will be used on their platform for operating the network and we can make masternodes from it so we can conteibute to mak the network faster.
2. Is the platform for the token really usefull and the platform is needed for some bussiness or community. Example : Hyperquant will be used for bot marketplace and many people need bot for trading.

I think that if the team adheres to the project roadmap, in the end the price of the token will grow and the project will become successful.

I agree with you  team is very important no matter how sound the idea is, people is still the most important thing, but what i see now is that those celebrated figures in the space are now using their facing to help market a project instead of playing the advisory role they are suppose to be playing
Youre right its t credibility and reliability of every single person on the team of every project that will make this token valuable, because no matter how good is the project but the team behind this is greed and non trustworthy this will becomes failure thats why i always look on this part tol,and the white paper to check before investing

Good day! I would choose a token for its developers, the team first and foremost. And the usage of the token. Does the team plan to put it on exchange after ICO? Will there be coin burning? More partnerships? That's the things we need to consider on looking for a good token on my point of view.

Agree. There are teams that play their respective roles. Besides that, has a partner who has been famous, the cooperation, transparency, what they are aiming for, and seriousness in developing their products is very important to make the project big success and token have a high value.

depend on what platform being used. but I think low fee and fast transaction. have many user is the most important part of a good token

For me the good token should be feasible to the masses so that many investors will invest into it and for sure it will become very successful when it arrive the Crypto market. There are lot of ICO that are now being presented in crypto investments but some of them failed to show their qualities of a good token as their commodities are not feasible to the people so better they should plan it well before presenting it to the investors.

I agree that the team plays the biggest part and in my own opinion and as a supporter of the project - INS is my own pick when it comes to a good token. It will have use in real world wherein you can use it to purchase groceries and other stuffs and the good thing is they will have their own blockchain in the future. Well, I don't know the date yet but waiting patiently for it.

Absolutely i'm supporting of your words about ins token Ecosystems project are very successful, one of the reason project got success if the team members gives their best and efforts for the client or investor and have word of promise. INS are indamand beacuse this project is very useful for the household needs.

According to blockchain guru William Mougayar:

«At the heart of this question is the specific token functionality that is being concocted or delivered. I have written at length about it in Tokenomics, stressing the importance of the token role in a given project, protocol or application. Beyond having figured that out, what makes a good token is undoubtedly the team behind it, because they need to execute, iterate and deliver»

What token will you say has the best team?

(If you ask my opinion, you know I'm a Globcoin happy preacher)

If i am to answer?the token can be good as what other successful one is the Team behind this and the Truthfulness about the project, reliability and accessibility as well.

Because the only thing that makes a coin or token becomes bad when the peop created this are only aiming for Profit and not to help people
