I believe that everything that causes the Altcoin to increase in in price or potential will contribute to its value.
Because its value is basically measured with parameters such as its potential and price  at the moment.
The factors could be a solid and determined team, how innovative the idea behind the coin is and its product among many others.

I think it makes it valuable first and foremost the development team depends on them how they will approach the product development, team and team manger behind the devlopment of the project, community that trust in the project
Well you have mention the product of the project makes indeed the altcoin becomes valuable. Once their is a good product it will attract more users that could develop and increase the price.

If one creates an altcoin today, what are the 3 most important factors that would make it valuable? Or 3 activities that would do so?
1. Supply and Demand - It is given that when demand increases while supply decreases, value will increase.

2. A working product or system - Definitely a huge factor that contributes to the value of a token. A big plus on the value of any token in the market. This is what attracts investors to invest in a particular project.

3. Community - Undoubtedly a major factor that contributes to a tokens value. Without a community, there will simply be no movement within the market. A product needs someone to patronize its use, and that someone is the community.

It must be the people`s attention, technology of the altcoin and the market conditions. The last one is very important, because you can see, that many coins dont grow because of btc pressure. But actually we have to understand that 99% of altcoins aren't working. It's just a pure speculation. But I think altcoins will be just fine, just wait until real products will be developed and have enough usage.

The community trumps everything.

Look at Doge - it was created as a joke, it was designed to be the opposite of Bitcoin. So it had very high inflation initially, it had infinite coins, it was designed to be mined on laptops, each coin was meant to be worth only a few satoshi, and so on.

But it's still there, it is still used, it has good merchant adoption, thanks to it's crazy community.

How does one create that community? Facebook pages, Telegram? PR?
with the ability to Altcoin a very valuable with a very high price. because with such a high price can make the coin a lot of profit. so that many enthusiasts who join and make it the main coin that is supported to continue to increase and become valuable.

Most of the issuers of the token want to get the operation capital through ICO, and then make profits after setting up the company to further push the price of the token.

I think there are many things but three important things for success of an 6altcoin are

1. Team who are handle complete project .
2. Project Theme because if you project will be unique then success ratio will be high
3. Project Representation in public. Because without introduced any project in publically it can't be succesfull.

The result of development and this is what every project wanna to achieve it in the future. A project without any product can be considered as a fail and it makes everyone sick to see they are wasting their money for nothing to be used and get adoption by a lot of people.

Altcoins are only valuable if they have an actual use case and the token economics make sense.

My favorite altcoin AMB is a utility token for a Swiss supply chain platform which is run by multi tiered decentralized master nodes and payouts for node operators are tied to the number of data "bundles" processed and stored each day.

So one of the ingenious things about AMB’s tokenomics is that while all the bundles are fixed at a USD price of $10 (to make adoption easier and consistent), the bundle price is actually paid in AMB based upon the current USD-AMB exchange rate. Therefore, even if you don’t have a node and are simply holding AMB, you are still holding the fuel for the entire AMB-NET. As the network grows, demand for the Nectar, which you hold, will also grow.

Another ingenious part of AMB’s network design is that every time a bundle is purchased, the network will automatically burn 5% of the AMB used to purchase the bundle. As mentioned above, as the network grows, demand for AMB will also grow as users will need it to purchase bundles. This growth in purchased bundles will subsequently increase the rate at which AMB is burned. So the more the network grows, the faster the burn rate is for AMB which will create scarcity. So you have this dichotomy where as the network grows not only will demand for AMB rapidly increase but at the same time, the supply of AMB will rapidly decrease due to more burning. As you’d learn in a basic econ class, an increased demand OR a decreased supply will lead to a price increase. But having both an increased demand AND a decreased supply happening simultanesouly can really cause a snowball into huge growth.
Amb is what I was going to mention! You explained it very well though. I think ambrosus has probably the best token economics of any altcoin today.

I think the law of formation of value is the same for all markets, first of all it is the demand for a coin or a token! In turn, demand is hiding many factors ... (capital, idea, team, demand in the markets ..)

In order for an altcoin to be valuable, its team must be active on developing and advertising it. It is hard to make a certain token to be a valuable one if it have so many competitors that is why the entire team should make the efforts. Although what you have mentioned is also needed for the tokens to be release on the market and on the ICO.

Client base, client base and furthermore client base. On the off chance that there are milions of individuals who utilize the token, the token cost will dependably be strong. On the off chance that nobody utilizes the token, in actuality, it is futile and can go down at any minute. At the point when an ICO begins check in the event that they have a genuine item and a client base. Additionally check how token should be utilized as a part of future. In the event that you don't perceive any motivation behind why might numerous individuals begin utilizing the token, at that point it is smarter to avoid the task

1. Did the previous ICO project succeed and attract capital from investors?
2. After closing the token listed on the significant exchange?
3. How does a developer use the investor's money to prop up the market?
