Emotions always changes when something happened, but we must always think and avoid not to get too emotional. Active mindset and presence of mind is needed to become a good investor. From my experience, Making good investors we have to focus on two important facts, the first one is, We should control our emotion, we don't take any decision based on our emotion which may kill our investment because the market system may be totally different, so we have to take decision which must be based on the current market situation, second thing is that, we have to study a lot for gaining the actual fact about the market, we should focus on the future, so we have to be a good speculation about the future, that's why proper knowledge is the best thing for this purpose.
I agree on the first one that you have said because it is really one of the keys toward success. Mastering on how we control our emotions is an awesome skill because you will be able to deal with the market with a calm mind. In my opinion, it would be better if you will suggest to focus on mastering the technical analysis for the second one because it is far way better than just speculating on what might happen to the future.

I absolutely agree with that. And most often the problem is precisely this.
But everything is very simple. First, study good, think out a plan, calculate risks. Then act according to plan. Even if emotions appear, you still have to follow a pre-conceived plan. If in the end you made a profit - that’s good, look again at all the details of this plan and finalize it. If you lost money, then think what was the reason, then change the plan of action and start again.
And it is important to understand that money can be easily lost, and this should not cause any emotions.
You also need to remember about unexpected events that could not be foreseen.

But I don't agree with "it's easy to be a good investor" and something like "it doesn't take that much of a work to become a good investor". In everything you do, working hard for that certain task will eventually give you a satisfying result. If you think it's easy to become a good investor you shouldn't be here.
And it is precisely that attitude what gets people in trouble when they trade or invest, they think it is easy to make money and that could not be further from the truth, if someone thinks that he can make some easy money in any market then he is free to think that way but he should not complain when he losses his money against a trader that has done everything that he can to improve himself and his strategy, and yet those are the people that later complain about the market being a scam when they are the ones that did not took any step to improve themselves and their abilities. There is no constant answer for this question. For example buyers holders made so much profit 3 4 years ago. But the sellers won 2 years ago. So it depends on the aim of the market and same thing can makes you good or bad investors from time to time.
