What makes my life worth it is the impact I've made. Without impact, life is meaningless. After death, it is very easy to forget the dead unless they led an impactful life. Impact makes a man immortal; making him a source of inspiration and motivation go people after his death. For me, impact makes life worth it.
Very thought provoking question. For me, what matters most is a sense of purpose. Give me something worthwhile doing and my life feels great. Somebody to love too must not be neglected. Family and friends make life really beautiful. So, shortly stated, love, purpose and positive influence top my list. When I die, I want to be remembered as someone who loved fiercely, worked diligently and impacted lives around me positively. If I can receive such report, then I believe my life was worth it

In the end nothing really matters so I think we should just enjoy our lives and not be worried about shallow possessions.

you will know when your life is worth living is to have someone by your side in dark days and brighter ones. Have someone who cares about you, talk to you and guide you to the right directions i think is one of the most reasons to live.
