Maybe i will make myself as example why i go to online casino. In my country, gambling means break the law. And that is why i play with crypto. Maybe there are a lot of ways on why people are attract in online casino, maybe because it is more convenient and hassle free than going to an actual casino, or there are also some factors like some gamblers prefer to play in an quiet place in order to win and think a better move. I know some gamblers who are most prefer doing that.
Having a good and calm ambiance help me to think clearly on what next move or actions I will do and because of the calm vibe produce by the online casino which is very comfortable and you can access anywhere as long as you have internet connection is what matters to other gamblers.

The online ones are probably preferred by people like us who like quiet environments. Physical casinos look too distracting and could discourage deep thoughts or may not not even suitable for deep thinking due to the likelihood of getting robbed.
Op could consider including some quiet calm songs too as option for some players.

Interface is very important when you want to have the first impressions to last with the gamblers, easy to use site then have a good backup supports will make visitors and players to stay and keep coming back. All of these were right but on my own, I also being meticulous in choosing a gambling site. Comfort, this is what attracts the most people. You don't have to go out, you can just lay on your sofa, have a coffee/tee, juice or some water, turn on TV and then gamble at the same time. You can stop gambling anytime just by logging out, you can deposit money from your card anytime or from bitcoin wallet. This is huge comfort I think because you are on your own during gambling while you can't do everything you wish in real casino and especially if you live in small country/town where more people know each other, it's not a nice to get seen by your relative or neighbor because of unwanted gossips.
Also there are games like dice, bustabit and others which you can't play in real life but are amazing so you have to stick with online casinos in order to play them + you can also experience real life casino by playing live games.
