I always stick on card games which I can bet 5$ or more per bet and enjoy on the result since it’s not fast game unlike microgames that can give you faster lose if you hit long lose streak.

How about the games call Crazy times? Or simply it's a wheel that you can bet 1x, 2x, 5x and 10x.
So obviously you can start to bet on the numbers and the smallest denominations like less than a dollar.
And it's good if you hit that multiple and then there is the other options like Crazy times, Plinko and Coin Flip wherein it can add more to your winnings. Of course, there is the old dice game/colour games as well.

In my case slots. I like to play the minimum amount that I can according to the provider, so that the money I have deposited lasts, it's more for entertainment than anything else. I think the most I've ever won was 500X, which is not bad at all. Think of that as playing $0.20 slots for $100, which is the equivalent of the average payout of a weekly Hero/Legendary signature campaign.

Nice sure if we can define micro games in a casino, but nevertheless there are games that I play online (not crypto based), that I can bet as low as $.0.090-$0.18 (converted to our local fiat already) per number in a roulette in Evolution gaming.

And yeah, you can scale it out, and when I have a winning run I could bet as high as $1-$10 per single number bet then.

Just like dice, this is also very quick game and you can enjoy seeing the numbers that you have bet hitting on the roulette or the revolving wheel.

Dice works the best for me, it's easy and a fast play which I really enjoy. I used to be a fan of slots but now I don't think it's really for me. Aside from dice, I also enjoy wheel games because I can bet multiple times, and multiple bets means higher wins. But again, it can be the other way around.

Dice and slots are really my first choice as microgames as they are fast and easy, and again, if you hit the jackpot, then you are very lucky. Though I also think of crash games as you can bet small and again you have a chance to make a x 100 of it or more, I'm not sure if this will be categorized as a microgame as well as a lottery, as there are lottery games where you need to guess the 3 or 2 digit number, which you can also win enough of.

Yeah i think so as well, majority of gamblers love slot games because they feel it's very easy for them to win from it and some would say chances of winning from a slot game is very high compared to other areas of gambling activities where you'll nead a good strategy or being very familiar with the particular sports before you could stand a chance of winning them, I've tried slots several and i won most times from it compared to sports betting or other Micro games as said by the OP.

Clarification, you need to understand that what are you expecting in micro games you are talking about isn't a simple thing to happen. We are talking about huge multipliers here that you need to hit on playing slots if you are targeting a huge reward out of the small bet.

You also have to consider the RTPs of these slots and how random algorithm works in such games. Microgames or any other type of gambling games, we should accept that there's no such thing as an easy path to high returns out of small even that's possible.

What's best for me are all gambling types that "I really interested" and not because I just got influenced by others huge win why I play that game.

All these games that you mentioned are indeed good as microgames, especially the dice and slots.
I can add to the list, which is Keno and Roulette also because there.

Dice is too common already. Slots for me as it is easy to learn and suite for a micro game.

Mines is something that I enjoy. There isn't much money to be had on this game but it sure does help me kill time. Though if you increase your bet size, it's extremely rewarding and can get you hooked for hours on end. I'd say that this game with dice are my go-to 'micro games' whenever I have the chance to gamble. Laid-back gaming without much pressure in strategies or anything.
