Future won't be worry free, You'll have learn to spend that money and have to keep on earning to maintain that lifestyle.

I am afraid they can become greedy and want to have more and more money even if they already have a lot of money. Life needs to be balanced. If we have money, it is better to give some money to people who needed. Maybe family can motivate us to work hard every day, so we can share some with other people when we can have money.

Personally I feel motivated to work on a daily owing to my family background, so I feel it will be very much unscrupulous that I don't work hard to make a change so that my posterity can come and have a better life that I never had from the start.

Thats the truth but here it goes: My kids, wifey, parents and home that I need to keep together. This is what makes me work hard all the time. I have learnt one thing for sure, it's always bad idea to be comfortable (too much), or else you will be out of the track and can take you hard time to get back to good position. So yeah, for that and for happy life.

Ofcourse... and if you go extra mile to love or care about everyone in the larger society or in the world, you would work much harder and can easily end up becoming the true leader of that society either directly or indirectly. People tend to prefer those who genuinely Love and Care about them to lead their society. So if we want to lead a society, country or the World. .., we also need to love and care beyond our families. Such leaders do very well both in society and family

Well my boss is bad-ass so you can imagine what I have to go through everyday. Even slightest delay in the punch can get my day started with scolding. Grin

That's what motivates me to go for work on time and work hard. Lolz.

Yeah so it is your family that motivates you, and that makes sense at all. we almost has the same answer because there is nothing more than what cab push us but our family and love ones though others are focusing on their self only without others on their mind .

To tell you the truth it is the money which motivates me to work and i think this will be true for 90% of the people. We only work hard so that we could get more and more money. If we know that we are not gonna make money, we won't be working on that particular task or thing.

I believe that eventually all of my work will result in either me directly having a life I really enjoy, OR my friends or family members will benefit tremendously from my work and they will suffer less (and hopefully have good lives) because of my efforts. I imagine a future where I don't have to work hard every day, I can just do what I want each day and have no financial worries. Maybe I wont get there, but I can still dream. I do not have any children and no plans to have any, but I might foster some later, and I have many nieces and nephews that need financial support.

The first motivation I have that makes me stand up every morning is money. Without the Monthly paycheck I would be doomed. And then there are especially hard days where everything seems difficult, during such dark times I need to remind myself that I do it all to give back to my family. They always supported me and now it's time for me to do the same.
