There are more than 5000 cryptocurrency in the world in that case it's impossible to invest in all of these and some cryptocurrency are just scam which attracts new investor so my strategy is totally different in cryptocurrency market I am investing in cryptocurrency which is old and have good future like eth ripple BNB and xlm
I wonder what is good XRP and what future it can have? 
I still understand XLM, but to invest in XRP?
I would choose a project with clearer plans and less capitalization...
But the concept is still zero and the coin is not used anywhere...

Someone listed Binance Coin and it made me think what is the manner of old coins these days right? My oldest coin other than Bitcoin is Litecoin and I always will hold that,,, apart from the original Monero:)

I hold coin as far as 2017 cos that's the period of my live I got active, sorry to say a lot of these old coins I've sold them for cash with worthless price. I still think electroneum one of my very first coins on earth as far as I can remember need a bit of revival, although I'm not holding any today but I think Richard Elis needs to work on that project. Check out Helbiz {They had very good concept back in the days and I don't know why it failed} Aidoc, GMB, IOTchain.
I don’t have that much older coins which are created in 2014 or earlier as i was really new in crypto then.I only know about btc,eth and dogecoin then. But later in 2016 i bought some of the altcoins which i still holding like neo,nxt,xrp,mco..
And the coins that you bought in 2016 are still valuable and valuable in the market, because tokens such as neo, nxt, xrp, mco are tokens that already have a lot of interest and large volumes in the market, so you will not be harmed by continue to hold the tokens forever.

Yes, it doesn't hurt to hope for the best for the tokens we already have, but we also have to monitor them through the official website so that we can find out about the development of these tokens, and those that are not being developed anymore, it's clear that the tokens will die and no longer need. expect a lot of tokens like that. I was holding Lend for some years and sold it recently and it was a good profit in it , and I also had Credits , $cs which price is underground now and I had it when it was 1$ each token , I just learn that we better sell the bounties and airdrop tokens coz we don't know about their future .
I dont have coin from 2014, i start do bounty campaign since 2016 and get lot of coin but just a few from all the bounty campaign i can sell the coin, lot of them just sh*t coin and the project stop i dont even know the progress all that project

Holding sometimes can be risky, though sometimes, it works, but I prefer selling off altcoins than holding. Held serve till it later worth nothing in my wallet and I loss alot of money, same with some of the old token I decided to keep.
I consider all the top coins to be gems and i try to hold them all. Only if i get stuck or in need of emergency cash i do cashout but i am long and bullish about all the good coins in the market because they have already got a good reputatoin and have successfully made their way to the top because of the market acceptance. Some of these coins include eth, trx, xrp, neo, waves, ada, btc, xlm etc.
I agree, old coins that still retain their market value are good ones and worth investing in. People can talk about new projects with winged words, but most of them are just rumors.Investing in old projects in the top 20 major coins in the market will be the best investment.
Btc is the most trustable and popular coin in my choice, so I'm holding it. And there are few more trustable old coins that I prefer to hold. Ltc eth and doge is also in my holding list. I'm not dreaming much with dogecoin but hoping all other coins have good base among the crypto user. Those coins are worth to hold.

I had a lot of Nano back in the day and I kept it as much as I can for a very long period of time, however after a while I realized it is not going anywhere at all and sold at around 1.2 when it peaked thinking that would be the highest we will see ever and just forgot about it. Very recently I remembered my money from Nano was still on that exchange and checked and saw that Nano was still low, so I bought some once again and now I am hoping it will go up a bit more once again.
Honestly I do not hold too many coins that are different from each other, I have bitcoin and eth and thats about it, all others are not worhty in my opinion, I do buy them, I do keep them, I still have some others but I wouldn't suggest them, the biggest one that deserves all the holding is bitcoin and eth and nothing more.
I still have old coins but the results of purchases like, BNB,MXR and ETH at least i love some much two profitable coins. I doing small trade everyday with sword there roadmap even i am very excited about this two projects volume. Basically i also agree btc long time holding coin even i has waiting for buying next drop btc price.
