I have received the birthday cake badge one last year when I was platinum 2 and I received 0.01LTC tip from moderator at that time.
I do not think that there is an official prize from Stake for birthday as I think that I will not get the tip if I did not show up in chat.
If it is an official promotion for birthday of the account then I do think there should be a direct gift without showing up in chat.
You can get some coins on your birthday from your VIP host, of course, if you have one. I think I have seen you in chat Panjul and if I recall correctly you are one of the oldest members. I might be wrong because usernames are so similar. Glad to see you.

I have one absolutely since few years ago when I ranked up to Platinum 1.
I just remembered about my old VIP host (my first host who is resigned already IIRC), she asked me about my birth date for this thing.
I cant remember if I had received a birthday gift from her, but as I remember I got new host before my birthday.
I'm not complaining obviously as I think that Stake gave me many bonuses already so far.

It's hard to get a birthday present if you are completely anonymous! Smiley

Getting gifts in the casino from the casino means that you are wagering a good amount there! When you do that, they will try to keep you with them! Maybe a month ago I got $50 from Betnomi, they had some update or something like that and I got the mail about my prize! It has wagering requirements, but at least something for playing!
When you are VIP more doors are open for you, when you are a small-time bettor you can get some random prize here and there!
This is what I was thinking as well, it is way more likely that a bonus like this will be given to the VIP players as not only they are big gamblers but also they are the most likely players in the casino to have gone through a KYC verification process and the casino knows their birthday,  in which case they could give them the bonus and they will know those players are not lying to them about their birthday in order to get the bonus as soon as possible and exploit the casino in that way.

Birthday gifts I think are exclusive to high-ranked players. I won't name the site but I used to get a lot of bonuses earlier when I was a high roller and would lose a lot but since I started playing less and not losing that much, they have stopped sending me any kind of emails. I regret wagering so much there, if I wagered the same amount at stake, I would be diamond and getting cool bonuses.

Never mind, I agree that small bonuses on a birthday make a player feel special. Not just birthdays but they can give bonuses on localized festivals and events. For example, a large group of population celebrate Christmas so a gift for Christmas and similarly for Eid and others.

Interesting, I remember seeing users in the chatbox that'll have the cake logo beside their name but I didn't know stake gives out presents as well. I guess this is one more reason for me to push for platinum (currently at gold with 65% progress).
To get a present you must have a personal VIP host and that you get at Platinum III now at stake.com so you should know that in case you are expecting a host at platinum I, you are wrong. Earlier it used to be at Platinum I so you aren't wrong completely but they changed it to Platinum II sometime ago and very recently Platinum III.

I don't think gifts and presents make a huge difference because all the gamblers are 18+ and usually you won't see too many emotions in adults towards gambling so yeah one would appreciate getting free coins but I don't think it does much in terms of loyalty. If you ask me, I would be much happier getting a small bonus when I am busted than getting a bonus on my birthday when maybe I am doing well already.

Which brings us to an interesting point, even if bonuses are a great way for casinos to try to gain new customers and retain old customers at the same time if this is not matched with great reputation then it does not matter, as we know that casino has been having a lot of troubles in the past and they left the forum because of it, then they came back thinking that everything was forgotten only to realize this is not the way things work in this forum.
Once a gambling company would stained up their reputation then it can be hardly be forgotten by the community and once they do came back then for sure those impressions would last this is why they should really be mindful about that from time to time.

Community couldn't easily forget on what you had done in the past and even such changes like big and decent bonuses would be launched out then it would be still
useless or not relevant at all because hindrance and doubts is there.

Wont really be effective at all this is why trying to win back communities trust should really be in main priority.
This is why as a person or as a business we need to protect our reputation since it follows us everywhere, casinos may have a problem or two with a customer, that is almost inevitable regardless of how good the casino platform really is, but as long as they are fair in the management of the situation the community will still think highly of them, but once that trust is broken it is almost impossible to get that trust back no matter what kind of bonuses they may try to give.
Once trust is broken then it is really hard to fix it back because when impressions specially if its negative then that would surely last unless if they would able to see that there are really some changes in management. Therefore, as a business owner you would really be mindful on how to retain your reputation to be a good in the eyes of the public neither you do make out such good promotion or not and as long you do give out best service which would really give out satisfaction then that what really counts.

It is really rare for gambling platforms to give presents on the birthday of their users. This is a win-win situation for both sides because the user would be more loyal to that platform and will generate profit for them in the long run. I don't know if other popular gambling platforms do this now besides from Stake and 1xbet. It could mean a lot to their users if they win a huge amount from that gift.
These are small events when you gift something to your player, he will never forget. I agree that both the player and the house wins in such situations because the player feels more connected to the casino and the house didn't had to spend too much to retain the player who might have otherwise left. There will always be players who will make multi-accounts to claim those bonuses only but that exists in all forms of advertisement, you cannot get a 100% conversion rate in any promotion.

Not just birthday but I have learnt from stake that a small weekly and monthly bonus keeps the player coming back to the casino again and again. Also, 50% of the players will end up losing their bonus to the casino itself so not a huge loss for the casino.

Oh yes did experience the same with 1xbet and the actually gave me two different presents 🎁 during the year one was a birthday present and anniversary present...I honestly thought that was cool but these guys still need to work on their reputation despite been everywhere these days.

And expect a KYC for that to verify the claims. Aside from that, I'm also expecting that the birthday reward will have a wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn and not all accounts are qualified for the reward.
Based on the link provided from Rengga you only need a SMS verification but there's a requirement to be eligible for the bonus like you need to be a regular since they'll be checking the account history (bets, deposits, withdrawals, etc).

That's somehow good for them but before praising what they've done to you. There are problems that have been thrown to them that they're facing and should fix first. They can keep giving a birthday bonus to their members and at the same time give solution to the complaints that have been said that they've faced but there's no solution that has been given by them. I have never received any bonus from a casino but I would be happy to receive one if there's any but that's not really a thing to me but I appreciate if a casino gives me a birthday bonus.

This is the second year in a row that I'm receiving money in my 1xBet balance as a birthday present. Last year it was around 10$, I managed to turn it to 60$ and lost it all at once. This year I got around 20$, tripled it, and withdrew lol. The funny part is I did not make any deposit since November last year. Kinda nice of them, don't you think? Does a bookmaker you play on do something sort of this apart from free slot spins that you can redeem your winnings (play x game and double your winning in case you win or play z game and get back 50% of your bet in case you lose) only by playing your own money later?
is this how they calm their players by offering bday gift after scamming ?

according to this post from Shasan ( a well known account in this forum) that this site is a sister company or same operator as 1xbit in which a known scammer.

I am avoiding 1xbit, 1xbet, 22bet and mostbet as I think all of them are operating by same admin and  I have already been scammed by 1xbet as well as 22bet. So I have no reason to use service of them. Also all should avoid these scam sites to avoid their loss.

so i think Gift is just a bargaining for their behavior and to cover at least some of their victims anger.

I don't know if any crypto casino offers birthday bonuses because I am part of many and I can't remember any of them offering any kind of bonuses. One reason might be because everyone wants to be anonymous in these crypto casinos and hence casinos would never know if it is actually your birthday or it's a fake date. I mean one can make an account and set their birthday date for the next day and get free gifts. So unless crypto casinos start KYC strongly, I don't think they can offer much.

That said, I do get a small bonus every year from stake at the date I joined there. I get a cake next to my name in the chat and I can ask my VIP manager for a bonus and they arrange it on that day. Obviously, it's not my b'day but it is rather the day I joined the site.

I played in multiple online casinos but i never came across any sites that gave away gifts often for your birthday and the site you mentioned i used to play in the past but i stopped playing when they started receiving huge complaints from multiple users and i never visited them ever since, Stake does provide gifts on a monthly basis and if you are a huge wager they are giving you daily gifts as well.
I do get birthday wishes from many of the websites i registered but not incentives to gamble on my birth date Grin .

I am also like you, I have played many gambling sites, but none of them give birthday gifts to their users. After all, such an offer was indeed attractive
if there was one, but the possibility of getting a birthday gift is usually certain users who make large deposits. Regarding 1xBet mentioned in
the opening post, it doesn't seem feasible to use it, with such a bad reputation. It's good to avoid gambling sites that have a bad reputation,
even though they provide attractive offers, we shouldn't be interested. I also actually often get birthday wishes from several gambling sites usually
via email, but only congratulations, no prizes included.

Nice sounds like a decent offer, I have gotten this kind of deal on a regular basis from a gambling, trading and sports bet firm I use.   Only problem is when they give this offer I was not seeing it immediately and the offere expires in only a few hours.    Sadly the regulators later banned the idea of gifting a free bet to people, something to do with you arent allowed to encourage gambling or its not safe or something.  Red tape of course is the gift that keeps on giving whether you like it or not.
