This is what I was thinking as well, it is way more likely that a bonus like this will be given to the VIP players as not only they are big gamblers but also they are the most likely players in the casino to have gone through a KYC verification process and the casino knows their birthday, in which case they could give them the bonus and they will know those players are not lying to them about their birthday in order to get the bonus as soon as possible and exploit the casino in that way.

Birthday gifts I think are exclusive to high-ranked players. I won't name the site but I used to get a lot of bonuses earlier when I was a high roller and would lose a lot but since I started playing less and not losing that much, they have stopped sending me any kind of emails. I regret wagering so much there, if I wagered the same amount at stake, I would be diamond and getting cool bonuses.

Never mind, I agree that small bonuses on a birthday make a player feel special. Not just birthdays but they can give bonuses on localized festivals and events. For example, a large group of population celebrate Christmas so a gift for Christmas and similarly for Eid and others.

To get a present you must have a personal VIP host and that you get at Platinum III now at stake.com so you should know that in case you are expecting a host at platinum I, you are wrong. Earlier it used to be at Platinum I so you aren't wrong completely but they changed it to Platinum II sometime ago and very recently Platinum III.

I don't think gifts and presents make a huge difference because all the gamblers are 18+ and usually you won't see too many emotions in adults towards gambling so yeah one would appreciate getting free coins but I don't think it does much in terms of loyalty. If you ask me, I would be much happier getting a small bonus when I am busted than getting a bonus on my birthday when maybe I am doing well already.

These are small events when you gift something to your player, he will never forget. I agree that both the player and the house wins in such situations because the player feels more connected to the casino and the house didn't had to spend too much to retain the player who might have otherwise left. There will always be players who will make multi-accounts to claim those bonuses only but that exists in all forms of advertisement, you cannot get a 100% conversion rate in any promotion.

Not just birthday but I have learnt from stake that a small weekly and monthly bonus keeps the player coming back to the casino again and again. Also, 50% of the players will end up losing their bonus to the casino itself so not a huge loss for the casino.

They can keep giving a birthday bonus to their members and at the same time give solution to the complaints that have been said that they've faced but there's no solution that has been given by them. I don't know if any crypto casino offers birthday bonuses because I am part of many and I can't remember any of them offering any kind of bonuses. One reason might be because everyone wants to be anonymous in these crypto casinos and hence casinos would never know if it is actually your birthday or it's a fake date. I mean one can make an account and set their birthday date for the next day and get free gifts. So unless crypto casinos start KYC strongly, I don't think they can offer much.

That said, I do get a small bonus every year from stake at the date I joined there. I get a cake next to my name in the chat and I can ask my VIP manager for a bonus and they arrange it on that day. Obviously, it's not my b'day but it is rather the day I joined the site.

Nice sounds like a decent offer, I have gotten this kind of deal on a regular basis from a gambling, trading and sports bet firm I use. Only problem is when they give this offer I was not seeing it immediately and the offere expires in only a few hours. Sadly the regulators later banned the idea of gifting a free bet to people, something to do with you arent allowed to encourage gambling or its not safe or something. Red tape of course is the gift that keeps on giving whether you like it or not.
