I have to agree that this question is a simple answer; BTC!!  This is one of the reasons that BTC was created, so that you can do something like this.  It is fast, simple, and takes less than 1/10th the time to confirm compared to using wire transfer through banks.

PayPal, credit card, ideal(only Netherlands???) and now since few weeks also Bitcoin.  And sometimes also use paysafecard in the past most of time when I played poker on pokerstars.

I am using Payoner and MoneyBooker. It is the best way to send and receive money in my country.
Paypal is the best service for online payment. We can easily send and receive money all around the world with one click Cheesy
Bad information is about countries which can not use this service for receiving money. In our country we can use Paypal only for pay. We can not receive money and we can not make withdraw. I am not satisfied for it Sad

IF paypal is supported in both countries, than i think that would be the best choice for you. It is safe, with very small fees and the person will have the money right away, after you make the transaction.
I use payoneer for my worldwide transactions, mainly because i can't use paypal in my country, i can use it just to send money and i need to be able to receive money also.
As i can see many people suggest paypal so they can't be wrong.

if you have not yet embraced the culture of using bitcoins. Then I would advice you use the PayPal system that is available in all parts of the world regardless of your location. it is also secure. Thanks

The payment system depends in which country you live...

Paypal is the best option for every person who work for foreign company, because you don't have to pay tax to you country. But, unfortunately we can not enjoy in that benefits and you know why? Because, paypal's privacy and policy allows the countries to choose: to receive money/buy with them or to receive/buy and withdraw.

My country Macedonia is on the list where you can only receive money/buy with them, so we can not enjoy in the full benefits of Paypal. Sad That's why I have to use another payment method like Payoneer. :S

It all depends on which country you are and if you have time .. From what I noticed was the cheapest - the free international transfers does ING - but it depends on the country
