I won't sell anything lower than $1200

I will do the same. If the price reaches $1200 next months, I will sell. But if it reaches $1200 in a year, I will not sell.

It all depends on the price. If the price is too high, there will be big dump later, so it is better to sell soon.

i have coins in my cold wallet, these i will not sell below $1000. the coins that i have for trading purposes, i might start selling some at $500 to $550 as i want my profits in my pocket.
Well you would've probably need to wait for a year before bitcoin hits at $1000 because in my honest opinion, by the end of the year the price of bitcoins would probably cap at $600. Well, that's just my opinion.

very late reply, but better late than never. i don't mind having to wait some years before i see my price targets become reality. i have enough patience and dedication to not touch my cold wallet coins before the price reaches at least $1000 at some point in the coming years. in the meantime i am doing a lot trading to increase my coin count and to entertain myself as i like trading.

I'll just keep using them to buy the stuff I want from Amazon via purse at a 30% discount to FIAT prices, then buying them back on exchange for 85% of the fiat amazon price, making everything I buy 15% cheaper and increasing my BTC stake at the same time.

you do not need to wait for next month to sell bitcoin. you could sell it today, then buy it back tomorrow, and re-sell it next week. it is called trading. you seek to profit from every action you perform. make sure your selling price is higher than when you purchased it.

The price does not really matter to me as long as I can make a nice profit then I can sell. I never sell all my coins at once because there might be a chance that the price will go up tomorrow as well.

The price needs to be above 600 dollars for me if I want to sell some of my coins. It is possible as you see the price is rising fast at the moment so if it keeps this pace then we can reach it with in no time.

At $3000 or so I'd sell 1 Bitcoin just to buy it back again when the price dips a little

That means you will have to hold your bitcoin for two more years. I think the price will not be that high soon.

As I'm going to need a bit more in funds than I have right now to finance my move, I'm afraid it doesn't really matter what it's at by then - I'll be selling some.

Optimally it will keep heading up or at least hold at close to where it's at now....

i will only sell the bitcoins that i have bought only if the price reaches $1000 and above in the next month and even if it takes a longer time to get to $1000 i will not sell because the short rise is important.

If the price rise too high, like 2 to 3 times of present price, I might sell, depending on the news at the time.

So...

i will sell my bitcoins only when price will be 800$ or higher, depends how price will rise and why, maybe it would be smarter to sell after 500$ or 600$, but i want more profit

but i don't think that price to 800$ will rise soon, i think that only way to go to 800$ is halving, and that will happen in July, but if price will rise now too we may see even 1000$ after it

It has to be around $500 for me if I want to sell my coins if not then I am just going to wait for next month. I hope that the price continues to rise so I can finally sell some of my coins. With Bitcoin you just need to be patient.
I thought of the same thing. If bitcoins came to a rise of $500, I'd probably sell bitcoins in that value. Although I'd have to see the trend first if it's worth to sell more than 10% of the inventory or not.

I am also waiting for this to happen I have waited so long for the price to finally rise again so it would be real disappointing if the price was going to drop again.
Lets hope that the price continues to rise a bit more.

I have nothing to sell this time, I only have dust in my wallet, but I think to convince me to sell I think the price should be above $500, that I think is the best price for me to sell or much higher than that.
