actually, the current price has made me quite sad. however, the current price will make people hold the bitcoin they have. well, right now i do not have much bitcoin, so i am very sad for that.

I, too, am disappointed that instead of investing in bitcoin, investing in alternative coins. And if the price goes down to $ 5000, then I'll be happy and buy coins. Now I understand that I had to trust bitcoin more
Same of you guys if im keeping my bitcoin instead of selling it maybe i earned a high profit that's making me so sad,but it gives me a lot of idea how to handle my bitcoin next time i patiently hold it or invest it cause bitcoin now has a huge increase and it gives me a better earnings.

I find it bizarre that day trading is still well thought of here. Almost everyone is useless at it and finishes up worse off than how they started.

As long as you're patient enough buying and holding has a far better track record provided that day trading mentality didn't creep in and you FOMO'd buying everything all at once.
Because they prefer to lie to themselves and think they can multiply their small holdings of bitcoin many times over if they just master trading, it has been proven over and over again that stock brokers are unable to get better earnings than what the market gives, this is why the best thing to do is just to pick bitcoin and a few coins with  good future and hod them forever.
Maybe if it's too expensive that I can't afford to buy or other people to buy for it but there's no exact price for as long as it's too expensive. I will be sad if I can't get profit from it. And,if it comes to worst,I can't have benefits from it. So those are the things that saddens me. I hope someday bitcoin will continue its greatness in everything.

One of the intriguing things about bonkers runs like this is that the people driving it are the least likely to be the ones we hear from on here. Either they're newcomers who don't know about this place, or they're trading machines who don't know how to communicate with humans.

Some are nominating the peak to arrive relatively soon. Dunno about that but there certainly will be a peak and there certainly will be a fall. At what price do you start being nasty to your pets and wailing at the moon when it falls? Or are you now fully inured to anything in the short ish term?

Personally I never, ever expected it to get where it has at this moment. Regardless of what happens in the next year or two I think it's a lot easier to be filled with long term confidence compared to post 2013 so I'm not hugely arsed.

Actually, a very high price will make me sad. I already feel a bit low, that I didn't load up on bitcoins when its price was very low.
If the price does crash, I will not feel sad. I have the confidence that the price will increase again. It is just a matter of waiting long enough.

These days people are going to be pushed and we will just don't care with others at all. It's a wake up call that majority is just holding their bitcoins out. I don't feel sad and I'm just going with what's happening, the price is really good for today so why there's a need to be sad whether it climbed or fall, I'll still happy that I'm on this train.

I have no set number in mind that would make me sad, of course 0 would do so but I do not think it's feasible. I think the lowest in possibility is maybe about 3k, while I would be disappointed as my portfolio would decrease in value substantially I would also see the good in it that bitcoin is low in value and I would look to accumulate more until the price recovered back to the previous high.

If i sell my bitcoins at 15K USD and after a few days, the bitcoin price is 20K USD,i will be very sad.
I always sell my bitcoins at the wrong time,i`m a bad trader,i guess.I`m sad that i sold lots of bitcoins in the past, instead of holding them.I read the other replies to this topic and i think that the btc price doesn`t matter.Bitcoin holders (like me) will always be sad, because the greed makes them sad. Smiley
This is why I'm not a trader, when I sell my bitcoin is because I have no intention of buying back, that way there is not going to be regrets, if I sold for a price thinking I can buy back when it is cheaper and instead bitcoin skyrockets I will be furious with myself, that is why I decided I'm only going to accumulate bitcoin and once I decide to sell that will be it, I will still check the rice to see what happens with bitcoin afterwards but once I sell it is over for me.

Obviously the lower price make every person as sad because no one want to lose what they have earned with bitcoin and from their hard work.  But in some places you also written as dead and some lowest figures I think now we do not have to mention them because the price of bitcoin is now much higher and it is now not possible that it will reach to that much lower value.
It depends, because if they don´t want to lose what they have earned then could sell when the price is high,on the other hand a low price should mean a better buying opportunity that is why both situations can occur.

the price makes me sad when bitcoin go to the top 30.000usd.. where at that price I cannot sell all my bitcoin because I have sold at the price of 15.000usd .. I cannot expect bitcoin to peak to that price someday .. estimate this is the bitcoin peak at 15,000usd but I also believe bitcoin will go to 20,000usd as currency or future assets he should be worth more expensive..

I am very sad to see the price now because when I have a few btc I sell it, as I know that the price will increase as fast as this then I will hold it.
This makes me sad when the price of bitcoun suddenly become expensive than before. I didnt expect that it will quick reach more than 15$k. Then I didnt hold btc during these period of peak season in btc.

me too. I feel like you're talking about me. i am bad trader. We feel regret selling bitcoin too cheap. The worse thing is that I did not reinvest in anything and so that money wasted

Regretting the sale if you think you sold "too early" is a typical newbie error, because it can lead into panic buys and then real losses.

For example, if you bought Bitcoins at $5000 and you sold them at $15000 in this year's bull market, you made a return that is MANY times superior to common financial instruments. Even if the price continues to grow, you won't lose these $10000/BTC. But if you continue to "hodl" and run into a crash, the return will be lower, or in the worst case you sell at a loss. And there is never a guarantee that there won't be a crash or bear market.

It's different if you are an "ideological investor" - e.g. if you think that "fiat money" will be worthless eventually, or you simply don't like centralized currencies, so your goal is to acquire Bitcoins. Then obviously it could be a good strategy to never sell if Bitcoin is not seriously in danger.

This crypto pioneer has grown almost 1200 times this year and this is not an ordinary bump or normal price hype but a great one and now the price stands at $15000 so o would feel bad if it goes really down to$6000 or below but now this seems not possible but infact it will grow more and reach new heights.I also regret not buying early as now the prices are far away than what were in past few years so it is a sad thing for me but not to worry as many opportunities will be available in coming time.

I will not be sad at any price bitcoin. For me the most important thing that it existed and its popularity grew. Remember the beginning of this year. Bitcoin price was 1000+ dollars. All that was bad? The income is stable. Prices are not jumping. Now we have increased its capital which is accumulated, but revenues began to fall and no one is sure in the future.

Even the existing price makes me very sad. I regret that a few months ago I did not buy more Bitcoins - I had money that time.

And I believe that the resources of bitcoin will soon be exhausted and the demand will fall and, accordingly, the price will fall. It's time to write off the old man from the scene, how much you can give the road to an alternative.

If the price goes down, why should we feel sad? on the contrary, I think most of us will be extremely happy that we can buy cheap coins. Many people are waiting for a pullback to buy BTC, so a drop in the price right now would be welcome. And I don't think we're going to see the prices on the poll again (except 10k, who knows), unless there's a big crash.
But I would understand why some people are feeling sad with the current surge in the price, they're probably regretting not buying a few weeks ago when the price was in the 4-digits range.

yes, when  bitcoins value is going down i fee really really sad because i coudnt make a lot of profit when the time i sell my bitcoins because i usually sell off my bitcoins whenver or wherever i recieve something from my bitcoin wallet which usually occurs weekly. im not a trader , investor or hodler. im only depending on the possible highest value of bitcoin that it can get because im just a seller and a worker. i know there were some people like me but there were also people that happy when bitcoins value is going down because they can now  afford to buy it  at a lower price.

On the current prices I don't know if I should be happy that bitcoin is going up too fast. I just started trading 2 days ago after winning from a gambling site. Without any knowledge on trading I tried it and wollah I just lost 50% of my investment. I just learned that whenever the price of bitcoin is going up other coins are going down. I would love to see bitcoin reach $20K this week but still hoping to have the price correct for some time so that I can convert my investment back to BTC first Smiley sorry if I am being selfish.

lol, then that is your own fault because your investing on a coin too quickly without knowing or researching on whats behind it or if it has a real usage or not or its just another type of shitcoin with a pump and dump scheme. gambling is not even good at the first place but good for you because your feel blessed and lucky enough to win something. also bitcoin and altcoins are not binded to each other that simply means their values arent really connected to each other and infact some altcoins now are still increasing even if bitcoin is also increasing. that is just a matter of co incedents.
