Always leads to scam. The only question is when is it going to happen.

And that question does lead to interesting evaluations. While I never participate in these games, I do wonder if they are ever worth playing from an EV perspective.

For instance: If I could double my money in a in a short period of time and there's only a 30% chance the site will scam me, then it might be worthwhile.

You look upon it knowing that it is unsustainable, and you try to get in at the right time, before it collapses. Might be a game you can try playing.

I won't, though, simply because I don't like relinquishing control of my coins to the people operating these sites.

Hello, what profit do doublers get or they always lead to scam?
Doublers = Scam
No sites will makes your investment doubled in few days or weeks.
Some of doubler do cash out for the first people to invest to have them proof that they are paying to catch the eyes of greedy investors then if they get trust for more people and they already have more investors that is the time they site will be un able to reach.
Be careful for hype/ponzi it is a totally scam that is the method by the lazy person/people.

Hello, what profit do doublers get or they always lead to scam?

If you decided to join a doubler then brace yourself for what will be the outcome of your investment, when i was starting to know bitcoin i came across a doubler, i was hook because of the promise to double my money within a short amount of time, they happen to double my investment for a week so i tried it again with a fairly large amount but everything went downhill and money was never return from me, So its true that it always lead so scam.

Well at least he asked.

Why is it that so many people got scammed with Bitconnect. They saw that they would get 40% monthly and double their money in about 2 months and signed up right away.

They got scammed because they didn't do any research.

You can go to Google and when you start putting in Bitconnect the "Bitconnect scam" pops up because the scam has been exposed, and yet people invested anyways.

They also had a referral program so they also got their friends on facebook to invest also.

Hello, what profit do doublers get or they always lead to scam?

when I was 17 years old I asked myself the same question , I didn't find a single way how they can give this huge returns but got fooled with youtube videos
doublers mainly pay their users from the newcomers' money , so they will keep paying as long as they are receiving more deposits than withdrawals

so basically it's a scam even if you were able to profit , the majority of users will lose money

Don't waste your money for that. If anyone could double Bitcoin in a matter of hours, he wouldn't offer a service and need your money.
All the money or bitcoin doublers are scama and is only greedy people that invest their money in such so call investment scheme. I will advice every one to stay away from such to avoid had I know in future.

There is no such thing as a real money doubler, they will scam you when they think the time is right. If someone is going to give away money then they'll do it through some other method like a random giveaway to poor looking players, a drop party or a game of trivia.

Hello, what profit do doublers get or they always lead to scam?

Don't waste your time with it, you will just lose your money if you do so. There is no credibility in the sites and owners of the doublers and most likely will just scam you with those sweet lies. Be careful out there.

all the fraud committed Doublers very proved real that they scamers. I do not care about all the evidence they say. but I do know that they do not pay for all the funds that have been signed in. This fraud runs professionally and pretty much gets stuck. and they already have many alibis in every scam

Those programs do not have any kind of business instead they just take money from you and pass it to others until they reach a required deposits. Once they reach the targeted deposits then immediately they will close the site and come up with a new one with different name and concept so trap new people. So never believe these kinds of programs and waste your hard earned money.

Alibis would really be always there and they do try the best as they can to show some proofs. At first they do really paid up those early investors and lucky for you if you did able to get out on profits and if the site didnt become scam directly on its new operation hours on total. I have tried this that most of them do only last 2-3 days which they do just wait for more people to come and besides i dont know if this topic is appropriate on this board.

There is nothing in the world which can double your money they are just a wall with 'you are a fool' written on it. It's not your fault everyone Falls into their trap and waste some of their money. Don't trust anyone who says they can give you extra money by taking the money that is pure scam. We don't even believe if someone said they can give us 1% profit by taking your money there is also risky. Imagine banks give us like 8% yearly interest and if you do the altcoin trading you can make around 10 to 15% monthly. Set don't fall for any scam on the internet.

It depends on the percentage they promise you, most of them can run away immediately at any point that's why they're all scams and doesn't last for a very long time. There's really no money or profit being made because the additional money you'll get will come from new users who wants to invest they're just recycling the money.

Doublers = pure scam
There is no any legit way to just double Bitcoin in fixed number of hours so all those doublers are Ponzi and they will never pay.

All those payment proof they show in their page are just random Bitcoin transactions.
