We will soon see a lot more adoption in the sportsbook/gambling sector. 5 Dimes, a huge fiat sportsbook, recently announced they will be taking Bitcoin. I have no doubt the other large books will soon follow and then we will really be off to the races as gambling is a massive worldwide market!

I agree, but Exxon mobile would be BIG. Exxon had a profit the size of Amazon's for their lifetime in 2.5 weeks, this happens every 2.5 weeks.. http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2dsuhw/forget_amazon_paypal_or_ebay_somebody_should_get/

Well you are targeting a new industry. Their operating income was high in 2013,around $40 Billion and that of amazon was only around $700M that's not the important thing.
The important thing is the customer base. People who use amazon should already be somewhat familar with basic computer knowledge and online payments. On the other hand you might find an old 'trucker' (no offence, just example) seeing the 'Bitcoin accepted here' sign on an Exxon gas station and he would probably be like  Huh and just drive away.
Don't get me wrong, it would be great if they accepted it too.
Well the thing about gas stations accepting bitcoin is that they make very small margins from selling gas, almost all of their gas sales are from credit cards, and credit card fees are a big expense for them. If a gas station were to accept BTC they could accept a 0/unconfirmed TX as long as the TX fee is at least, say .0005 to give it a good chance of being confirmed quickly, making it all that more difficult to execute a double spend attack. Gas stations could easily see their profits double by accepting bitcoin (if not more) as their margins are usually around 1% but credit card fees are well in excess of that.

Apple is possible, but google accepting is maybe a thing in the future. It would be very great if iStore accepts bitcoin. Theres nothing to lose for Apple that way.

RIP Mommy
None, if they're going to do it wrong (deal with payment processors that dump coins to crash the market either directly or indirectly via their dark pool buyers).

Why are there no services that pay in bitcoin. Thus would be the next big news.

There a few but not major companies. This would be the real definition of adoption! Not just accepting it and transferring to USD but paying out in btc

I agree lets all write amazon an email!!
People have been trying and we have to be consistent about it I guess.
You will most likely get the same answers.
Amazon, Google, Samsung would be for me. We would have a lot more Bitcoiners if they did.
