It's better to strengthen your investment now. Adding some coins in your portfolio is quite good idea. However, I prefer your live investment now and I think it's more profitable than those three tokens you mentioned for the coins that should be added on your list.
I think you should buy ETH for market is dip. Just collect while it is in cheaper value for it will increase you could earn profit on it.
Oh, look ADA and NEO. It is quite good to buy right now as you see how their value and prices were really went down to bottom. This dip is very interesting because most of the altcoins went back to their initial price.
NEO, EOS, ETH almost all have the same effect, but from the current market, ETH is still the protagonist, because it holds 80% of the altcoin merchants! But in the long run, EOS and NEO are more valuable!

you can add in your list the altcoins omisego and appcoin if you are investing for a long term purposes and this investment will surely payoff in the long run 
i think stellar and verge should be in your list, verge has proven its superiority by rising up to 65000% from the first time it come out.

This dip are more alts to buy just spread your investment into different altcoins. Ofcourse, choose the project that can have profit in you. That you could gains profit after all so whenever you are decided invest alts with great project.
Buy good alts like ETH, EOS, NEO now because they are so cheap now! I think they will rise up in few months after crypto market reversal. I'm sure it will reversal because ETF on Bitcoin will be approved sooner or later.
yes of course you should be able to buy when the coin price is falling and when the coin price is below because it is a great opportunity and moment to buy coins.
Maybe this is not dip, we think this is dip everytime and all of them fall more so I dont think we are at the dip, but if you want to do invest, you can look to wanchain or Icx I like them.
There are so many potential altcoins in the market, all you have to do is have some research which is which to have a great buy. Or which altcoin is the right coin to invest with. Anyway in my opinion eth and neo coin is way better than others as per experience is concern. But as always it's your decision to make to choose which is which.

Honestly, you can buy any coin, only the return from it will be different. Look at coins stellar and cardano, suitable for any investor, and the payoff is rumored to be at times more. I would certainly be putting in money now, into 50% BTC, and 50% spread across alts. Things are just too underpriced right now, look at LTC, XEM, NEO!!! It's really a MASSIVE sale!

I really agree with you, sir. So many potential altcoins to get profit. But we must remain vigilant and not greedy. Dip provide a good opportunity to buy a coin. Now the whole market is in dip and it provide you a very good chance to buy as many coins as you can because due to market situation almost all coins are dipped. If you have money then I suggest you to invest in crypto now.

Bitcoin and ethereum are both profitable, has a promising features and good for long term investment. EOS and NEO is also good to invest, and these coin are competing with ethereum. We see that it have a good performance recently and I believe it will be more profitable in the future because the team are working well to improve their project.
