$20 worth of BTC is a small amount but still, it can worth a lot in the future and every big numbers always start with a small amount of capital, but don't expect it to grow rapidly. What I suggest you to do about it is research on some high risk, high yielding POS coins where you can gain profit and multiply your BTC to a certain amount of time by the power of compound of interest. Be cautious though, because not many POS coins survive. Another thing you can do is cost averaging method and aim for long term.
after buying bitcoin I started to be a little patient for some time and hold it because I hope that the price will go up and I will get a good profit but it takes a lot of patience to get satisfactory results 
The only thing you can do with your bitcoin is to hold until such time that price will goes up you can cash out. You invest other altcoins that have potential to get profit many investor . that they dont stay only in the one coin they invest also to the other token to get more profit . prepare yourself for good knowledge before you decide to invest because if you do not have the knowledge in this market you are no different than gambling.

20$ it is small amount. You can invest if you can arrange some satoshi. Other I tell you sell it and spend it your real life.
It depends how much you got,if you got enough leave it so it can make money for you ,if not get more money for more bitcoins.
If you bought it with this low rate of btc, you can just wait for it to bloom again.After you buy bitcoin I think the best solution is to keep it. It may be that the price drops a bit, but in the long run the bitcoin will up again.

You invested only $20 amount in the bitcoin, I am not sure you will get more profit by this amount, to small you invested $20 in the bitcoin, you will be get little profit when the bitcoin high and small lost your money when the bitcoin down, but its will be better if you invested your money $20 in the altcoin, you have buy the altcoin have low price like dogecoin and it will be good.

OP how did you acquire that much amount of "dust money"?? Farming faucets? Thats the most obvious option for people for collecting these tenny weeny amounts.
Anyway back on topic - try to put that money to good use, learn where you can spend the money and get something good out of it. Otherwise you can always hold on to it hoping it grows huge when bitcoin rises again.
If you already bought bitcoin then you should keep it to yourself because these days the price has fallen so no mean to sell it at a low price instead of that you should keep it to your self and when the price will start increasing then sold it.

$20 ain't much. But it's a start. You have two choices. First, hold your Bitcoin for a period of time. You are almost guaranteed to earn from it over time. Bitcoin is at $10,000 today. If it ends up at $20,000, then you would have doubled your investment. Meaning, your $20 will become $40. Not much but atleast you made a profit. Second, you can convert your Bitcoin/Sats into other coins with potentials. This would be a better option because there's a greater chance for you to earn bigger with this with the same entry (less charges). I have 20$ of bitcoin. I suggest if u can invest more money , the amount what u are carrying now will not fetch great results, instead u have to forget them after putting them in a wallet.I also see many people buying altcoins and multiplying their portfolios and replicating bitcoins in return, thats the better way as well to generate more btc.This is also an option.Still if u have money, its better to invest what u can afford to loose.
