According to a reliable source that I received, Poloniex has no opinion on supporting BITCoin Cash
You should draw your bitcoin from poloniex on the hard wallet
Or you can switch to Bittrex or some of the decks below
ViaBTC, OKcoin, Huobi, BTCC, Bithumb, Korbit, BitBank, BitFlyer, HitBTC, Bitfinex, Livecoin

Yes, of course you should move it.

You should read all that Theymos has laid out. Click the othe rlink that is in that post and make sure that you understand what you are doing.

If you want BCC you need to withdraw it from Poloniex for sure.

Poloniex doesn't support bitcoin cash.

Should I move it?

Also what happens to electrum wallet after the forks?

They never said they weren't supporting it. They said they may or may not support it. And yeah, you should get it off if you can.

Poloniex sure get's most investors have an heart attack, I think they will surely check what's gonna happen on the August 1 and then take actions before that if what's is good with bitcoin right now, I think they are thinking of precaution first before entering a solid support on what is really gonna happen, and yes definitely you will need private key on holding your bitcoin, but if you don't have any just sell you bitcoin if you are worried for your money.

If you have a lot of BTC, my advice is you should move your BTC to Bittrex because Bittrex will support that and more specifically you will get 1BCC if you have more Bitcoin. I think this is our very good chance

As I know and heard from people Electrum is safe stop when 1 august event happens. Just update your wallet and wait I guess? Should we do more than this about event? I am wondering.

If a new bitcoin cryptocurrency splits off from the main bitcoin network, it will mark at first. So, some users are curious to see what will happen and how it would do on the crypto world. Still, without much support from miners and users, it might not end up having that much of an impact on the course of the main network. So, lets just wait until the end of the Segwit this August 1 then we'll make some moves on how to manage our bitcoins if we sell it or the other way around.

Bittrex has declared accept BCC, Poloniex will definitely follow it. It's still not final I'm sure next poloniex will be along with BCC.
I am very confident.

i think you don't have to move your balance, there is nothing to worried with poloniex as they have already make statement to not give any of decision in 1st august. but if you think its safe if you move your bitcoin into electrum wallet then you can do right now before the end of the month because the transaction is not too long to wait for confirmations.

I think poloniex statement is deliberately ambiguous.

I transfered to bitfinex. I wonder if bitfinex will give bcc when the money is being lent

Move the btc to a wallet you have the private keys to. Many exchanges have made it clear that they won't support BCC so you can't claim any after it happens.

I guess it is not worth of buying bitcoins in the exchanges like poloniex i guess you could buy some of altcoins there for a investment but if your going to buy bitcoin you could just store them in a wallet for versatile use of your bitcoins i also think that some exchanges have a lower exchanges in the main price of a token.

Always better to have your coins out of exchange site.

If you want the BCC coins you can deposit to bittrex exchange they're supporting the hardfork.

Though, I would just ignore the BCC Coins Or get the coins and instant dump.

There can be two options.
You have to take all your bitcoin and convert to the stock exchange who maintains a fork.
For example on the stock market.
https://www.bitfinex.com/

If this is not done. You will lose a new coin which will arise as a result of the fork. You give exchange.
This exchange itself then these coins to sell elsewhere. To do this, they make a statement that do not support fork.

Keeper of the Private Key
Get your BTC out of any exchange quick. Control your private keys and after 1. of August you still can decide what to do.

If you can't withdraw your money from trading sites until August 1 then why don't you just try to play it in the site,
I mean try to buy some coin and try to gain some profit from it.
That's what I will do.

I will buy some alt coins and sell it after august 1st. Currently most of my money is still in lending for 2 days. So Let's see.

There is no guarantee poloniex will support bcc and it doesn't say it will. What are the chances? If it doesn't say it will support BCC now when it has incentive to do so why should it support BCC latter when it can just keep the BCC?

If you say Poloniex doesn't support BCC, then isn't it a common sense move to move your funds out? unless you don't want to have access to your BCC then leave it there. Or do what normal people do and store them in wallets whereas you have access to the private keys.

Electrum will stay as is after the fork.

Transferring money from poloniex is a bit tricky. I will just buy some alt coins there.
For me if you want to take a risk just invest it in coins thay you may know the price will increase after the segwit by doing that you may able to get good outcome or good profit. But if you do not like to risk it much better to withdraw it. Or transfer to your trusted wallet.
