No, you are missing the point. I do not want to simulate the atmosphere of a Brick n Mortar casino, because that will be impossible. I will have to hire people to bring me drinks and food and cash out my winnings and also get people to walk around in my house to gamble with me.

I want online casinos to implement the hospitality of food and beverage complimentary gifts, when you gamble for long hours at their site. I am not too lazy to make food, I just do not want my relaxing experience in front of the computer, being interrupted by the daily tasks of making the food. I would much rather order some takeaways and have it delivered for FREE as a reward for my prolonged gambling activity at the casino. ( I work hard during the day and just want to relax after work or over weekends and forget about Covid-19 and people dying and the stress of work )   

I am afraid you can only achieve this if you simulate this things in your play environment.You can setup a dark room without light and without clocks and you can buy some wine and food to eat and drink during your gameplay in the online casino you will choose.I am afraid there is no real way for an online casino to offer you what you find in physical casinos.

Ok, went through all the responses so far and from what I am seeing now is that some people are saying online casinos are giving other "comps" and rewards as a alternative to complimentary drinks and food, when you play online. Example : Rain events / Deposit bonuses / referral systems etc.

This is just not the same for me, I want to have a similar experience when I visit a online casino, compared to the experience I have at a brick n mortar casino. Also remember, the casinos are giving you free drinks, because they know you will make bad financial decisions when you had a little bit too much to drink. (You will be reckless and you will be spending more)

There are a whole science behind the way that Brick n mortar casinos fool you to gamble more.. example : There are no clocks for time in a casino and very little or no natural light, so that you forget about the time. Also sounds and slot machine placement comes into play and also free drinks and food to avoid you moving away from the gambling establishment. 

I think that online casinos can only implement other incentives rather than food delivery.They can give you 0.00001% cashback of every spin you make in a slot machine up to a certain limit and they can also offer you free spins when you reach a certain amount of money played in slot machines.Most trusted casinos already do that although not on a regular basis.

It'd probably better if the Casino issued food vouchers but they didn't offer any type of deliveries. It'd be more easier if they instead coordinated with various fast food chains around the country in introducing the food voucher idea. Yes, in some countries it might be difficult to implement... but many franchises are in many countries... eg. KFC / MacDonalds / Spar etc.. so you can choose what voucher is applicable in your country and set that as your default service for complimentary gifts.

I think it's a good idea. I thought about something like this a few years ago. If a person gambles a lot in the casino, it would make sense for this person to be rewarded. But delivery has its solid problems. For one, it's not free, it's an additional cost of sending the food. Another point is that online casinos are usually international, so if the casino's based in Curacao, but the player is in France, it might be difficult to make proper delivery arrangements. You could also add to complementaries the level system that some platforms offer. At least this system rewards in a similar way as for example ticket giveways after X visits in offline casinos. So "comps" are already in place in my opinion, and I think they offer a much higher added value than, for example, the free drinks in classic casinos, for which you normally have to pay admission anyway - at least here in my area.

Food delivery? That will only work if you are at the nearest region of the said online casino but the redeemable voucher might work especially if they are partnered with your local companies even global ones can do. I think that's a win-win since these online casinos will get advertisements as well from the local companies that might accept the vouchers.

You know one of the best advantages you get when you visit a Brick n mortar casino is the fact that some of them provide you with so-called "comps" or complimentary drinks or food or ticket to shows..etc. So when you subtract that cost from your gambling experience, you get a little extra to play with..because you did not have to pay for that. 

It would have been nice, if online casinos could provide alternative online "comps" for online gamblers. Let's take this as an example : You decide that you can gamble a few hours every night or over weekends, but you first have to make dinner or lunch and that takes away some of your gambling time. 

What if these online casinos could partner up with some delivery service to provide complimentary discount vouchers for food delivery or take-away food? Once you gambled a certain amount of money, you can claim a voucher that you can use to order some take away or you can sell that to someone if you cannot use it. (redeemable for say a week)

It would be nice to get back from a hard day at work and not to worry about wasting time to cook food. Just use your vouchers that you received from your previous sessions.

The delivery vouchers can also be replaced by liquor discount vouchers at franchise bottle stores on products that might be on promotion. (So the bottle stores are incentivized by the cheap marketing that are done by the casinos for their promotional products)
