On the desktop I use electrum (I would like to use the core, but the fact that I have to synchronize the blocks every time and the space used by it does not please me).

I use paper wallets and on my smartphone I already used the mobile version of blockchain.info, nowadays I do not use anything on my smartphone.
I love electrum. It is a cool wallet since you can use it in any places. In fact, I have used electrum for nearly 2 years because I do not have a strong computer to download the Bitcoin core. It is a great wallet for both beginners and experts

What software and services do you use the most for your bitcoin transactions? (Mobile, Desktop, Web)

Edit: Do not just think of it as a wallet. All areas related to bitcoin
I use Electrum as my desktop wallet I also gamble from time to time and since most casinos need you to deposit with them then you could consider them as a kind of web wallet where you can bet.

In general, I see that wallet software, trading programs, altcoins stock exchanges and mixer sites are being used more.
So you have your needs in these areas. You are using more of the software that will handle these needs.

Then it makes more sense to develop software in these areas related to bitcoin.
If a specific area is needed, then that area is consumed.

I am currently using paper wallets to store my coins. Earlier, I had installed the bitcoin wallet app in my Android smartphone. I had BTC0.02 in that wallet for a few months. But I never used it for any transaction or payment. And finally a few months ago, I moved the coins from the mobile wallet to my main offline wallet.

i simply use core i'm not leavig any amount on any website, it doesn't matter how "secure" they say their website it is, it is only secure if it is under my full control

also with multiple wallet you can be 100% anonymous, because you will avoid ramification from the address

I use Copay App for day to day basic transactions, I use Coinbase to buy or sell large chunks of BTC, I use Minergate to mine BTC and other cryptocurrencies, I use Poloniex to buy up Altcoins. These are just my favorite and common used software and services I like the most.

I usually using mobile phone(android) only. My laptop is broken long time ago and i never buy one since then. I use local bitcoin wallet so i can cash out or convert my btc into cash. Also i use xapo, electrum and mycellium. These are really good wallets. But i dont use xapo too often because its an online wallet and many restrictions. Electrum and mycellium is good. You should try these wallets. Also they got cold storage for.maximum security.

I mostly use paper wallets for storing coins and also a blockchain wallet to use for day to day transactions.
Aside from that, I don't think there are any other services that I use, except maybe Bitcoinwisdom for charts.

I use all the methods for different scenarios. I experiment with "weird" sites on the desktop, because it is the easiest way to recover, if

something goes wrong. A quick clone and everything is back..  Grin ..... I also make use of a variety of different wallets {desktop/mobile/web}

How would you know, which is the best, if you had not tried all of them? Most of my coins is in cold storage, so I can mess around with every

method, and retain the best. So far, hardware wallets like Trezor has been the most secure for me. {apart from paper wallets}  Roll Eyes

Electrum and sometimes the old Multibit for wallet. Bitcoin core for tests and learning, but very rarely.
Xapo online wallet.

Blockchain and Chain.so to see transaction details or wallet info or amounts at certain addresses (including my paper wallets).
btc.com for stats (mempool, tx fee)

Digital currency widget and cryptonator to get coin info on my android phone (Bitcoin and altcoins).

Poloniex, Bittrex, Cryptopia, C-Cex, Yobit for trading.

Primedice and Freebitco for dice/spend time (usually with faucet money on both).

I think most people who responded, missed the edited part.  Huh I prefer to use a desktop for everything, and I use Tails to boot into a clean OS, every time I use my wallets or access any Bitcoin related site. Tails is just more private and secure, if you update it regularly.

Any malware gets wiped, after you reboot the computer, so this makes it more secure and even more anonymous, because Tor is built into as a default option. ^smile^

For the built in wallet, you need to enable a persistent volume.

using persistence with Tails is a pain in the ass because it is not supposed to work like that and everything is programmed in there to be lost after the session has ended so even if you do it, you may encounter problems along the way.
in other words if you want to have persistence in a live Linux distro it is best if you use another one that is built for that.
