Your story is slightly unclear Tongue Moving coins from walletA to walletC doesn't change the fact that they're linked on-chain. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Sending $10 (say 0.0002 BTC) is barely worth it, as transaction fees are often higher than the amount you're sending.
Fees are currently the lowest they've been in 4 months. If you want to have a quick solution: just make the payment now.
Long-term, for small amounts, switching to LN might be an option. I use it whenever I can to minimize fees.

Hello,

I bought with my credit card, via a platform, bitcoin on a "walletA". I would like to give an association the possibility to receive donations in bitcoin (as it is the most known) on a "walletC": all these chains are public!

=> I'm looking to transfer bitcoins from time to time (a few times a year) from a "walletA" or "walletC" to a "walletB" with Electrum v4.1.2 (as I have some bitcoin on it to experiment with these transactions today) to make quick transactions of amounts between 10$-100$ while minimizing the fees

From this "walletB", I will be able to make purchases (most often recurring yearly) on merchant websites, more anonymously, without going through more complex techniques (tor ... ) because I am a beginner, I am just starting to understand a number of concept. I'm keeping an eye on monero (or dash ? more frequent) but there are several things to take into account
* I need to find a solution very quickly.
The provider offers its own payment solution with BTCpay.
* I have spent a lot of time looking for alternatives but there is always something that holds me back; e.g. blenders (a bit complex for me and requires btc amounts that would force me to buy more btc via platforms quickly)
