i use 80 to allow gpu to throttle but that hasn't happened to me not even once because i have sapphire's RX 570 nitro+ and the cooler is overdesigned for this card so the max i see even with room at 35ºC is just about 60ºC.
Thanks Piskeante, really appreciate the feedback. So mine stay at a constant 69-70 all day - I’m just worried I’m doing damage to the cards as I see many comments of toe 50-60 degree temps.
I know my one PowerColor as a standard was set to 90 max and 80 target out the box but can assume that’s for gaming and not safe to mine with.
I’m just worried I’m missing a beat as I can’t over-clock more than 1950 and ER 27-28 Mhs and I’m thinking it’s my heat that’s causing an issue. Thoughts?
